As far as side effects are concerned, has your patient mentioned if the sleeplessness was attributed to insomnia or some other side effect keeping her from getting a good night's rest? please let me know what this pill is. I found it in my 15 yr son's drawer, I specified arrow, but it is more like a arrow tip. ## Hi Lynn, Did you mean to type QT 200 as the imprint? If so, I've identified a white round pill with that imprint as Co-Quetiapine (200 mg) from Canada. It belongs to a class of medications known as antipsychotics and works by affecting the actions of certain chemicals in the brain known as neurotransmitters. It is sometimes used off-label, often as an augmentation agent, to treat conditions such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, al...

I am on 300 mg Epilim for Bipolar disorder and 25mg of Serez. I stopped taking Serez after sleeping for 12 hours straight and have been drowsy for 2 days. Please help and explain the reason for this. ## Is this your first time taking both of these medications together? Based on my research, (Serez) Quetiapine may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, weight changes and sedation. Many of which correspond to your description. Something else you may want to be aware of is that other drug articles note that more than 1 in 100 people who take (Epilim) Sodium Valproate, experience "sleepiness" as a common side effect. So it seems as though both of your medications could be causing you to sleep a lot more and feel drowsy at the same time. Unfortunately the only way...
