Serez is listed as containing the active ingredient Quetiapine, which is an atypical antipsychotic that's used to treat various mental health issues, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
As far as side effects are concerned, has your patient mentioned if the sleeplessness was attributed to insomnia or some other side effect keeping her from getting a good night's rest? From what I could gather, "unusual dreams" happen to be one of many possible side effects that I find could alter one's sleep patterns.
