The oblong-shaped pill marked "93 8164", is identified as Quetiapine fumarate (300mgs)

Manufacturer: Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.

NOTE: the color of this pill is listed as being yellow, as opposed to peach. However it's quite possible that the manufacturer could've changed the look of their pill.

This medication is an atypical antipsychotic approved for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and as an add-on to treat depression.
