If not and you have been taking them for that long on an empty stomach, then I suggest you do so, as soon as possible. Stilpane contains Paracetamol, Codeine, Caffeine and Meprobomate, it used to treat pain. However, it is not usually meant to be taken for that long of a period of time, especially on an empty stomach. Most of the ingredients in this can cause damage to your stomach lining, if used for a long period of time.

I got my periods on the 17th of May. I took MP Forte Capsules on the 24th of June, but my next period has not yet come. I had tested via peganews also but it's negative. ## Why were you taking these tablets? MP Forte contains Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid, this used to treat pain, fever and swelling. May I ask how many tablets can I take each time? Thanks a lot. ## The maximum amount of these tablets that it is safe to take, at once, is 2 and you shouldn't exceed 4 doses in 24 hours, for a total of no more than 8 tablets. Daily dose should be spaced, at least, 6 hours apart. Taking more 1,000mgs at once or exceeding 4,000mgs in a day can be toxic and may cause severe organ damage. Are there any other questions?
