prozinc food supplement one ml once daily. I need to know the reaction, side effects for infants age 4months

Zinc is a supplement, so its side effect profiles are not studied like they are for prescription drugs, especially for infants.

my baby is 1year 3 month.she got fever almost a month and the fever on and off frequently.paracetamol doesn't work.yesterday i got prozine syrup.never heard about this drug and i want to know what is the main purpose of prozine syrup?
