Schedule K Drugs

i want to know that the drugs like painkillers, paracetamol tablets and drugs used for common cold and cough ,are they allowed legally to be sold at general merchant store or in a grocery shop

It depends what country you are in. There are several that use the Schedule K list and it is not identical in all of them,

There are some countries where a narcotic like Codeine can be purchased over the counter and others where it is not.

Most general medications, that are not considered controlled substances, such as Paracetamol can be sold over the counter in virtually any store.
