...if your doing this correctly you will have an oxy solution the consistency of water, no gel! Be sure to use a very small amount of {edited for safety reasons} INJECTION is not advised! Not sure its too healthy though. I tried this on myself and it works. I could explain the chemistry but for the sake of space and I'm sure your not interested I wont. Still I gotta say, switch to H! I am using Fentanyl 25mg patch for chronic back pain. Is it ok to use nucynta ER 50mg for breakthrough pain? ## Has your doctor prescribed them both? It is unusual to prescribe 2 time released medications, together. That's not usually the way breakthrough pain is handled, usually there is one time released medication and one instant release, or regular release medication, because they help with pain much faster than a time released medication.

Good Day, I,ve been on metadone for over 15 yrs, I,m 52 yrs old, I started my Home Improvement Co. I am looking to find a Doc that prescribes pain and psych in SE MICH....Thanks ## The only doctor you will probably find that will prescribe both will likely be a general practitioner. Do you currently have one? In most cases, a pain management doctor will not treat other conditions, such as depression, because they are not trained in doing so and the opposite is also true of a psychiatric doctor treating pain.

the answer is completely correct yeaaahhh budddyyyy ## Lortab contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, it is a narcotic analgesic and is also available as a generic. That means that there are quite a few manufacturers that make it, in different dosages and the way the pill can look, as well as the markings, will be different for all of them. That also means that I can't possibly list them all on here. Just some examples for the name brand: 5/500 oblong, white with blue specks, marking UCB on one side and 902 on the opposite. 7.5/500 oblong, white with green specks, marking UCB on one side and 903 on the other. 10/500 oblong, pink UCB on one side and 910 on the other. I am looking for a place where I can use a prescription for Oxycodone 30 mg.qty 240, my mother needs these and we cannot find them anywhere. why would percocet show up in my urine test if i am taking 30mg ms contin and 50mg ultram ## It is probably due to the quality, or lack thereof, of the test being used. Very few places are required to use the more expensive certified tests, so they generally use the test provided by whomever is the cheapest bidder. The problem with that is that when someone is taking one narcotic, these tests can often give false positives for others. Are there any other questions or comments?

I took 2 Lorcet 10-650 tabs 2 days ago. Will that show up on a drug test today? ## Lorcet contains Acetaminophen coupled with the narcotic Hydrocodone. Like most narcotics, Hydrocodone is usually detectable for approximately 4 to 5 days, after taking it for a standard urine test. The time frame, however, will vary from individual to individual, depending on your metabolism, overall health, activity levels and various other factors. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been on Tramadol for at least 9 years now, I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO NSAIDS, and do not like most Narcotic pain meds as they make me feel "yucky". is the liquid oxycotin the same (i have not had to get a refill since they changed the pill for)as it was befor they changed the pills ## Oxycontin is a name brand for the extended release version of Oxycodone, which is manufactured by Purdue. The other formulations of Oxycodone have not been changed, included the liquid formulations. Is there anything else I can help with?

What medications are oK is use when you have a pacemarker ## You should really discuss this with your doctor. There are several factors in play here that could affect whether or not any given medication is safe for you to use. For example, with active congestive heart failure, you can't use nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, such as Ibuprofen, because they can cause more fluid retention. There are also some medications that are used to improve heart function for other conditions, but aren't safe for someone with congestive heart failure. Have you talked to your doctor about this?

What would happen if someone chewed up the tablet ? ## Since it is a time released tablet, it could result in their getting too much of the medication at once, which could result in overdose. Since of an overdose may include: excessive drowsiness, sedatio, shallow breathing and severely lowered heart rate. Are there any other questions or comments?

It seems like this time of year every year pain management Patience have the same problem getting this script filled. Why? Is it the DEA like some Pharmacy's have said or is it the manufactures, or another answer? I have seen the same Pain Management Dr. since 2005 and for the last 3 or 4 yrs. it has been the same. ## I'm sorry, but unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. We have had quiet a few posts from people that are having problems getting their prescriptions filled, however, the FDA information does not list any shortages, or other problems with the supply. Does anyone else have any information on this?
