from everyone's experience, what is Tramadol's effectiveness as a pain killer ? ## Well, when I tried it several years ago, all it did was make me sick. It didn't do anything for my pain. There are some people who seem to have good results with it, but different meds work for different people. Anyone else who has used this medication, please post your experience with it. ## I use Tramadol for lower back pains from several auto accidents and it works really well for me. ## It does not work for me at my prescribed dosage. The max. recomended dosage is no more than 400 mg a day. I find myself having to take up to 600 mg on a bad day. ## Then rather than take more, you need to discuss the issue with your doctor to explore other treatment options. ## Get emergency medical help if...

I found a oil with Percocet wrote on one side n 10 on the other. They are on a card n they came from Pakistan r these for real or just a scam from internet? ## Hello, Dott! How are you? Are they yellow, oblong tablets? If so, then they are actually U.S. approved Percocet and were apparently just ordered from Pakistan. But a yellow, oblong tablet with PERCOCET on one side and 10 on the other is the name brand manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals, it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Learn more Percocet details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Additionally, in the near future in the U.S. this dosage will no longer be available. Due to the ri...

Does anyone know the difference between Roxicontin (Roxycontin) and Oxycontin? ## The correct drug names are Oxycontin and Roxicodone, they both contain the narcotic Oxycodone, but Oxycontin is an extended release formulation that is taken every 12 hours and Roxicodone is a regular release formulation. ## As far as ROXYCONTIN or ROXICODONE, what are the different milligrams that are available? I know of 15 & 30. Is there a 80 milligram ROXICONTIN? ## Do oxycontin and roxicontin come up as the same substance on a U/A? ## Yes, Jen, since they both contain the narcotic Oxycodone, they will both come up as an opiate on a drug panel. Oliver, no, there is no 80mgs of Roxicodone, it is only available 5mgs, 15mgs and 30mg tablets. ## Is the round light blue pill with M on front and scored o...

whats the differance? and why do i feel so more from a roxy 30 then i do a dilota 8o ## Roxicodone contains the active ingredient Oxycodone and Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone. Both are narcotic analgesics, but they are different. Learn more Roxicodone details here. Learn more Dilaudid details here. They both have the potential to be habit forming and may cause similar side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And one may just work better for you than the other. That is completely normal and that's why there are usually several medications available in any given therapeutic class, everyone is different, so what works great for one person may not work well for another. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is there a dr in or near Morris,MN that will prescribe me percoset instead of vicodin, which is totally not strong enough for my back pain? MY current dr wants to leave me on vicodin but there worthless!:( ## Hello, Rosa! How are you? Sorry that you're having such a problem. What kind of doctor are you seeing? If it's just a general practice physician, they are really limited now in what they can prescribe, due to the new regulations that went into effect this year. To have better options for pain management, you'll need to see a specialist. Can you ask your doctor about referring you to a pain management specialist?

I was taking 4 80 mg oxys daily my doc put me on 2 100 mg teva morphines will it help the same and will i go through withdraw thank you ## There may be some issues here, because the Oxycodone is actually 1 and a half time stronger than the Morphine, so you'd need 120mgs of Morphine to equal each 80mg dose you were taking of the Oxycodone. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Learn more Morphine details here. Why did he change your medication? ## Pain Meds 101: For chronic pain management...the best result is almost always a long acting med (OxyCONTIN (currently no generic so $$$), Morphine Sulfate E/R extended release, Opana (not my particular fave), Fentanyl Patches and Exalgo). Only the latter are taken 1x per day..the others are SUPPOSED to be 12 hr meds to be taken 2x a day but mo...

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation. ## I have the IP 466 and want to find out what is in it besides ibuprophen. does it contain codine or anything like hydrocodone.

Have recently come across 12mg dilaudid a neighbor gets at a compound pharmacy ,though been unable to find any info at all on these. Help!? ## And you won't find any information on them. A compounding pharmacy creates the medications as specially ordered from someone's doctor. This may be done for several reasons, such as someone needing a combination of medications that isn't available on the market. Or as in this case, a dosage that isn't available in the standard prescription medications. That's also why they are in capsule form, the pharmacy orders empty capsules and then fills them with the dosage the doctor has ordered. Learn more Dilaudid details here. Thus, in this case, there are no special imprints to look up and there will be no details on it under that do...

wi was told it was a vicodin but it has blue spots what dose that mean ## What are the markings on the tablet? Is it UCB 902 or UCB 903? There are VIcodin tablets with these markings. The blue spots don't mean anything, just the way the manufacturer decided to make the tablet. There is also a 3594 V that has blue specks and one with the marking A 345. ## I found a white pill with black specks, does anyone know what it would be?

l535 ## I want to see what they look like cause i've had them awhile and not in prescription bottle ## small, round, white - marked 170 on 1 side at bottom with line in middle. ## I don't have pictures to post due to copyright reasons, but the tablet with the L 535 marking contains 81mgs of Aspirin, it is the low dose that's available over the counter, which most people use for blood thinning and heart health. Side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation. You can learn more Aspirin details here. Unfortunately, I can't find a listing of the tablet that Bill asked about. After my Sinuplasty surgery 2 days ago I was given a scrip for 10 tabs of Percocet 5 -325 to be taken 1-2 every 4-6 hours as needed. I also have scrip for Ativan EQ .5mg. I was given several weeks ago for Metroprolol withdrawal that was causing my BP&pulse rate to go up. I was anxious because I knew my numbers were high.Today I am feeling very anxious and don't know if I should take Ativan. I have 2 tabs of Percocet remaining, is this a safe combo? ## Hello, Sharon! I have a very small in size round peachy pink colored pill. There is nothing on it besides the number 18. I was told it was adderal but Im still curious as to what it is. ## Is it about the size of an Aspirin? Because that's the only thing I'm turning up, a round, pink/peach tablet with an 81 on it that contains 81mgs of Aspirin, the dosage that's commonly used for heart health and blood thinning. Learn more Aspirin details here. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. in pregnancy ## I cannot find a lot of information on this, except that some formulations contain Codeine as an active ingredient. Most narcotics do cross the placenta and can affect the baby, which is why some are born addicted when the mother is using or abusing such medications. Thus, it is not advisable to use them while pregnant, unless your doctor has instructed you to do so. Have you spoken to them about it? ## BRothers who are addicted are advised to remember a thing always that try to decrease doses but dont think u will quit it.By doing so u will increase dose much.when u think u are are doing very bad thing and u must quit it first then this thought will produce bad effect on u much more than side effect of syrp itself..Dont decide u will do ur imp works only after u will giv...
