I recently had open heart surgery and was prescribed Oxycodone HCl for the first time in my life. The pain of the surgery was the worst I have ever had. The Oxy helped a lot. I had a migraine a few weeks after getting out of the hospital and I knew I could not take the Furinol (sp) because it has caffinine and I can no longer have caffinine, it cause AFIB, so I tried one of the 10 mg Oxycodone tablets. I laid down, as I always do, put on my CPAP and I was already into the aura phase of the migraine. I stayed motionless for about an hour, and the aura faded, as it usually does, and I waited for the pain and naseau to start. To my shock, neither of these happened. Not only that, I could see, which usually I can not after the aura fades. I stayed in bed for another 45 minutes, waiting for ...

Hi, I am aware of the big florida crackdown on pill mills. However, I have legit pain and no insurance. So, does anyone know of a place that accepts walk ins with no insurance. I am in Tampa florida ## Google amerinet health.. call.. make app.. go ## Finding a walk-in clinic that will prescribe pain medications will be difficult in any area of the country, due to the fact that such medications are very heavily regulated and the patients require regular monitoring. DO you have any type of family doctor that may help, or that may be able to recommend someone? ## Where is it located and how much it cost thank u

Ive been on 10mg percocet for herniated and buldging discs in my lower back and neck, for about 8months now. I had always got watson pills up until 2 months ago, and these yellow ones do not seem to work as good. They tend to wear off alot faster, and dont seem to help as much when they do first kick in. Is there any different ingredients in the too manufactures' pills or a reason one companys would work better being as they are exactly the same mg? ## Hello, Josh! How are you? The first question I need to ask is what have you been taking? If you've been taking Percocet, then there should be 2 doses for you to list, since it contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. I can provide you with more accurate information, if I know for sure what we're talking about.

is this the same as vicodin 500/7.50 mg of codein? is the codein same as tylinol 3 ## Hello, Frank! How are you? No, Vicodin does not contain Codeine. Vicodin contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. Learn more Vicodin details here. The tablet with 2064 V 3 marking contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 30mgs of Codeine. Learn more Codeine details here. So this is a generic for Tylenol 3, but it's nowhere near as strong as the Vicodin. Just to give you an example for comparison, you'd actually have to take 50mgs of Codeine to be equivalent to each 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

How are you? Neurontin contains the active ingredient Gabapentin, it's an anticonvulsant that can also help with certain types of nerve pain and which acts as a mood stabilizer, so there are several ways in which it could be helping her. It is truly unfortunate that we had such a awesome medication that help so many good people. I wake up in severe pain and go to bed in pain. the new pills do nothing but make me violently sick. They take forever to work. Why are the innocent people being punished for what someone else did. I have been on every pain pill imagineable. the only one that work was the OC's. My doctor put me on oxycodone 15mg. Now I get to contend with extreme constipation, burps that smell like someone deficated in my mouth. Bloating, water retention and vomiting. Just like the new op's . Why even have this medication on the market. It is good for nothing. I lost so much respect for Purdu. Your company should just fold. ## We have had many posts from people that are having problems with the new Oxyco...

Hello, doc prescribed me lyrica 150 mg for burning, tingling and aching on my foot which started after a sprain ankle that happened 4,5 months ago. I didn't want to use it because of the serious side effects described, but I've been using it for a week now. To reduce side effect risk, I stopped taking my NSAID drug (acemetasin, voltaren (diklofenak sodium), Cycladol (Piroxicam), etodolac etc. My pain and burning sensation didn't lessen much and my foot swells sometimes. My question is if I can take NSAID drugs safely with Lyrica and which one is best to use in my condition? It's been almost 5 months and I've been taking NSAIDs most of this time. I used to take cipralex (essitalopram) as antidepressant but stopped taking it with Lyrica, since both effect the nervous syst

small round white pill ## i been using oxycodones for years now but i was prescribed a new one yesterday, i never seen. it is a small white round pill, with a v symbol on one side and a line on the other side with the numbers 4810. is this a oxycodone fast release pill? please help! It makes me feel a little diffrent but maybe it's me because i know it's diffrent. thanks. jen. ## If the pill is a small, round, white pill and on one side it has a line going through the middle, and then on the top of the line it has the numbers 4810 and then on the bottom it has the square root symbol (almost like a check and a v put together) then i believe that it is an oxycodone 5 mg. That's what I have seen other ppl say as well. Ppl put numerous posts all saying the same thing, and since ...

I have taken/abused roxicodone for four years. I am trying my best to detox and get on with my life drug free. I will be detoxing at home with my parents. I am a 26 year old male. We have on hand for the sickness I know I am about to face .... an anti diarrheal, a stool softner, multi vitamins for when I can't eat and advil for pain. I went to my Doctor today and he prescribed Suboxone (1 tab twice a day .. an extra if needed the first week). Also, a nurse at a rehab facility said to drink lots of water AND Gatorade to keep my electrolites in balance. I am not looking forward to this. I had my last roxis yesterday and was honest with the Doctor today. I will have someone nearby while I am sick to help with any needs. Is there anything you can offer as advice? Am I missing something ...

Hydrocodone apap 10/325 is what I take for Headaches on a daily basis.... can not get a refill until tomorrow morning... I did find a jar of some pain reliever called APAP/Codeine 300-30 mg. would there be an interaction if taken today. Last pill I took of Hydro was at 10:30 this morning..12/28/13. Can any one help me with this... I'm a bit nervous in taking another pain pill ## Hello, Mari! How are you? What did you end up doing? The main concern would really be the fact that the Codeine is so much weaker, it likely wouldn't handle your pain very well and with the added Acetaminophen, taking additional pills wouldn't be safe. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth...

I have fibromyalgia and take many meds, but the ones I seem to need the most are the pain meds, i.e. Lorcet. My doctor is like so many I read about here and afraid to give me too many but I do not know how to deal with the pain without them. Any suggestions on either how to cope with pain OR, his there a way I can get pain meds on my own, without a doctor's script? Thank you to all out there who suffer with chronic pain like me. Any suggestions/help are appreciated. ## My wife gets some relief from Cymbalta along with acupuncture and a special massage: that puts pressure on the trigger points. ## Thank you John. I have been on Lyrica for 2 weeks now. Started at 75mg 2x a day, then went to 2-75mg 2x a day. My fibro pain is the absolute worst it has been in years. I have pain from head to toe. I need to sleep 12 hours a night to have my brain feel halfway normal. My fingers look like sausages and I am totally bloated from the Lyrica. Since this is a weekend day when I'm writing this, I cannot contact my doctor. Has anyone simply stopped taking Lyrica cold turkey? I am in agony with the pain. Thank you! ## I have been on Lyrica since 2005 for fibromyalgia and one of the main things I learned was that you should have been started on a lower dose, 50mg/day for a week and then slowly increased in up by 25mg/day/week until you found your "sweet spot". Otherwise, starting to high can create...

And please do not take more than your doctor has prescribed. The Oxycodone is a very potent narcotic, so if you aren't tolerant to it, you may overdose yourself. Additionally, taking too much of the Acetaminophen in any 24 hour period can be toxic. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. will the 800mg ibuprophen help boost 10/325 hydrocodone. That was prescribed to me years ago.Just wondering if that still goes?. ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? Since Acetaminophen is also in the tablet with the Hydrocodone to potentiate it, you shouldn't add the Ibuprofen, unless your doctor says that it's safe for you to do so. Is there anything else I can help with?
