Urine Drug Test With Oxycodone

My friend goes to a substance abuse treatment clinic she says that she has not taken any oxycontin but that her urine screen keeps on showing up positive for this drug her boyfriend crushes them and swallows them and she kisses him is it possible that this is the reason why? Her test shows up positive?
