Learn More: Acetaminophen + ASA + Caffeine Details I hope this helps! ## Not Exedrin Migraine, they have just an E on those. It's a foreign hydrocodone pill but not as good. ## I've found that pill you're describing: white, caplet with Ex on one side, no number. Based on internet search, I also thought it was a Migraine Excedrin pill but they only have the E marking. Can you tell me where ...

I take 4 10 milligram percocet a day and 3 15 milligrams of oxy cotton a day how can I show up positive for cocaine in my urine test and positive for methadone ## I am 100 percent positive I do not do cocaine. So I ask the doctor to do a DNA on the urine and they refused to how can I go about getting a DNA to prove its not my urine? ## if you are telling the truth about not doing coke, DEMAND a blood test....I once tested positive for meth (never done in my life), I am prescribed diazepam and various opiates. dr gave me a warning but I insisted a blood test which cleaned up the confusion. urine test are only about 85% accurate so there is a lot of room for error. if they still give you a prob go to a new pain dr. hope that helps. I know the feeling when being accused of something u have...

I feel the people who need this are getting punished for the one's who are doing it to feel high. I need help now ## I'm sorry, but your post is not very clear. Why did the ER doctor prescribe the Lortab and is your own doctor refusing to prescribe or just hasn't returned your phone calls? It would be easier to help you with more details. These medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## did you fill the controlled meds wriiten by the er dr...

I must of posted my problem somewhere else on this site, sorry but I can not think straight. For 6 years I have taken oxy's for RSD. Something I never heard of in my life until after 4 surgeries, including titanium cage, in a period of less than 2 years I developed firery burning sensation in right thigh. The edema made my legs look like tree trunks. Nothing could touch that leg. Being a female I was able to switch to wearing skirts and sleeping with blankets held up with a contraption. No matter how much Vicodin or hydrcodone I was given nothing touched the pain. When, for those of you who can remember, I became like Linda Blair in the Exorcist, screaming I was on fire and feeling like my head was spinning around. I was taken to psychotherapist ( Dr's who study pain for additio...
Day 3 and the devil is still just sitting on my shoulder....I can't beleive how well I am actually feeling...Am I kidding myself, or could the worst still come? Over the last 7 years, I have been on morphine, percs, dilauded, etc, etc. Three days ago my oxy mg was 140 a day...What's up? Please help? ## In my opinion, It depends on how you are feeling now. the worst could be over. However, the devil will always be there from now on. You have to remember that only you and GOD can shake him off. Along with a good support system you can get rid of any addiction, just always remind yourself that you are strongger than any drug that man can make. GOD BLESS YOU, and remind the devil that you have GOD on your side from now on. ## It is also highly possible, that since you were taking th...

I was given dilaudid a year ago for rotator cuff surgery. My physical therapy was an incredibly challenging recovery with pain meds required and the vicadin was not enough. I have some leftover 4 mg of the dilaudid. Theoretically, and statistically it is recommended to throw out all unused pain medications. I am mindful not to take it daily. I have no side effects and no desire to take it on a daily basis. I have tried clonapin and ativan for anxiety and they feel most helpful as a sleeping aid. With my occasional (2 to 4 times a week) one 4 mg dilaudid, I feel relaxed, calm and incredibly productive. But I also feel like maybe I am an addict (in denial) and need to check myself into a rehab. In all honestly I have tried anti-depressants and the anxiety meds listed above and dilaudid do...
I find in my car one small white pill one side got Ultra and the other side one line in the half, any body knows what's is this? ## @Adrian, Looking on the internet, there don't appear to be any specific details stating what this tablet is, so part of me thinks it may have a foreign origin. I also wonder whether there is any chance that it may say "Ultram" as opposed to "Ultra"? Ultram is a brand name of tramadol here in the US, which could make this a prime suspect. Do you recall where the tablet was originally purchased from or what it was "thought to be" since you found it inside of your own vehicle? All clues may be helpful. ## Ok I just found the same pill. A small white round pill. It only says ULTRA on one side and a line to split it by half on the...
is watson 861 a lortab 10? ## No! A blue, round tablet with the marking of Watson 861 contains 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril, both of which are used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and dehydration. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with? ## I switched to this pill a week ago. Is it possible to get hives? I've never had hives in my life but came down with this last weekend. The only thing i've done different is switch to a different manufacturer due to my drug plan through the mail order program. My local pharmacist said that may be the case.
Will the side effects of MS Contin, (eg nausea and tiredness ) subside after time. I have been prescribed 10mg x twice a day but find the sickness and tiredness is still an issue and hope it is temporary and will settle down. ## Hello, Hamish! How are you? Yes, technically they should. Side effects are usually transient and go away, once your body gets used to a medication, but that may take 4 to 5 weeks. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause other side effects, such as dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## If they don't ease off, after that time period, then you should consult your prescriber, as you may need to try a different medication.
Can one take paracetamol with Phensedyl cough syrup? ## Hello, Sue! How are you? I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between these two medications, so that should be fine, as long as your doctor approves. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?
Can I take pregablin, cocodamol and ibuprofen together ## Hello, Kell! How are you? I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between these medications, but it's always best to double check to be sure. The FDA classifies Cocogamol as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Pregabalin may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight gain. Is there anything else I can help with?
I live in Orlando, FL and have had trouble filling my script any advise! ## I also live in Orlando and spent the last 2 days looking for pharmacies to refill my prescription for 4mg tabs. I have chronic pancreatitis and take it daily. Please help!!! ## Dear Jules, Sorry to hear about your trouble trying to fill that prescription. No matter your location, I would just encourage you to talk with your doctor about this problem filling medication he/she writes for. Perhaps your doctor can call-in the prescription to ensure that the script is verified and accounted for, putting the pharmacy in check-mode for getting it filled. If for some odd reason they refuse to fill such prescriptions, I think it would then be your doctor's duty/responsibility to write for something else that can be f...
I AM TAKING HYDROCO/APAP 5-325MG TAB 1 PILL EVERY 6 HRS FOR PAIN I AM IN TEARS. ISN'T THERE A STRONGER PILL FROM DR. ## Yes, there are many stronger pills. You should call your doctor and tell them that your medication is not helping the pain. I hope you get some relief soon. ## Hi Gary, Post #1 is right about there being a lot of other options for pain relief; many of which are stronger than a 5mg dose of hydrocodone + 325mg of acetaminophen. If it were me, I would talk with my doctor about upping the dose of hydrocodone to 7.5mg or 10mg, since that is considered to be the "next step up" in terms of potency. From there it seems like oxycodone, opana, dilaudid, fentanyl, extended release meds, etc, are reserved for more serious or long term cases of chronic pain management.....
I've been on a fen patch for five years due to Pernicious Anemia and nerve damage amongst other things. No other pain relief have worked and I can't absorb through the stomach so need it through the skin. Its been gradually raised and now I an bear it. But I'm always feeling tired, jittery and forgetful though these are symptoms of PA as well. I'm thinking I might start to feel more normal if I stop the patches.I'm fed up of the horror nightmares too and forebodings. I want to switch pain killers to a more bearable one if possible and I don't want to suffer too badly while withdrawal which to be honest, is really scaring me. Any help and advice would be very appreciated, thanks. ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Fentanyl isn't the same as Morphine, it's actual...
Stopped taking lyrica and I thought since my dr told me it was non addictive i would be alright. I tried being intimate with my wife and all was ok until this massive pain in the back of my head stopped me in my tracks. I thought i would die. What can I do? ## Hello, Archie! How are you feeling? I'm sorry about the headache. According the NIH, any time you experience a headache like that, you should seek emergency medical attention. There is a risk that it isn't due to stopping the medication. How much were you taking? The FDA lists the typical withdrawal effects as possibly including nausea, chills, fever, diarrhea and rebound pain. Stopping it abruptly also creates the risk of seizures and there is a type of seizure that is commonly mistaken for a migraine, so that could be wh...
I have Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen 10/325 that was prescribed for my back pain which expired a year ago. Is it still effective and how long does it keep its potency? ## Hello, Mary! How are you? Medications do lose effectiveness over time, that's why they carry an expiration date, that's the longest the manufacturer can be sure it will maintain maximum efficacy under normal storage conditions. There's no definitive information that I can give you on how long it retains its full potency, once expired, because that depends on many factors, such as the storage conditions. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If you...
