I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between these medications, but it's always best to double check to be sure.

The FDA classifies Cocogamol as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

Pregabalin may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight gain.
