Mother's autopsy came back with blood levels of Temanzepan 31, dihydrocodeine/hydrocodol 42, hydrocodone 250, hydro morphone 69. All in nano. And she did take multiple other drugs. Can you tell me how many 7.5/325 pills she would have taken to have these levels? She was 83 with multiple heart and kidney issues - did not know if these issues would hinder the metabolism of the drug?

Hi guys I had a seizure Christmas night and was in hospital for 2 weeks I'm guessing it was tramadol overdose related I took 16 in 1 day , now I'm out of hospital I still have the pain I always took tramadol for so is it ok to just take maybe 2/4 a day or will it possibly trigger another seizure ? My wife has been taking hydrocodone for about 2 weeks, her pain has increased to the level of a 10 and the meds only stop pain about 30 minutes out of the 4 hour period. Her doctor is afraid and refuses to up hydrocodone (I think due to new laws) to give her a higher dose. I went so far as to take her to emergency ward yesterday where she was given dilaudid which seem to have broken the cycle temporarily and she felt OK for rest of day on normal dose of hydrocodone. Her doctor is setting her up with a pain specialist but due to heavy scheduling is like 2 to 3 months away. Question.... Since I can not afford the emergency room every day or two, how much hydrocodone can she safely take during that period until she can finally see a pain doctor? I will be moving to that area from FL soon. Unfortunately, I have been involved in 4 completely totaled car accidents, & a few other severe ones over the past 15 yrs. I have some Hydrocodone 5mg/500mg they expired 2009 would they still be ok to take? ## This medication which is a generic for Vicodin doesn't get dangerous once it's past the expiration date, but it does lose effectiveness, so after 3 years, they aren't likely to do much in the way of pain relief. My dr knows that I need three disk replacement but he keeps giving me Norco 10. I need something stronger and to them is like I can't give you anything stronger. I was on tylox 5/500 4 times per day for years due to a motorcycle accident with a scorpion back break. I have had 2 surgeries and now lots of scar tissue and severe arthritis in my lower back with severe chronic pain. When they removed tylox with acetaminophen my dr. prescribed percocet 5/325 in jan 2014. Since that time i itched like crazy. Dr. sent me to dermatologist who sent a report that it was lasix coming out of my body but dr. said that was not what was causing itching, but never told me what was causing it. Now pharmacist says the fillers and binding agents cause allergic reactions that are making lots of people itch. My question is this, I was having a very difficult time filling my legitimate 30mg oxycodone qty(120) prescription, I had an old prescription from my old pm dr. that was for 10mg oxycodone qty (98). I showed it to the pharmacist he told me it was no problem to fill, and that the only issue would be that insurance would not cover both. After looking everywhere I decided to go ahead and fill the 10"s and pay cash. I have been taking the QUALITEST 10-325 for pain I have incurred due to Scleroderma, Osteoarthritis, Raynauds, PPAH, ETC. When I went to pick up refill this month (November 3, 2014) I was told they could no longer get the QUALITEST and I was stuck with these pills manufactured by MALLINCKRODT. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!
