For months I have been taking MSER 100mg, and the shape is oblong, color is light blue and 100 is on one side and E658 on the other side. These pills have been working great. My last refill of MSER, the pills were different. they are round, either light brown or gray, 100 on one side and either a M or a W with a square around the letter. These are not effective at all. Has my pharmacy made a mistake? Can you tell me what company manufacture's each of these pills ?and can you tell me what the different ingredients are between the two? There has to be a reason why one would work so good and one seems like a sugar pill. They do, however, offer a savings card which gives patients a discount at the pharmacy. You might also want to see if you can apply for the manufacturer's patient assistance program (pretty much all of the big manufacturers offer such a program). I always take my pills as prescribed. Why is my lab work suddenly coming up empty? I would never betray my dr. I like her a lot. Round blue pill scored on one side and 422 on the other side ## Hi Judith, Unfortunately I haven't located any specific details on an Oxycontin marked with 442, but I think it's possible that you may have gotten the imprint backwards. From what I could gather, a round blue pill that is scored on one side and has 224 on the other is identified as Oxycodone 30mgs with a National Drug Code of 57664-0224. For additional verification, the tablet itself is approximately 8mm in size. red round pill with 57 on one side almost looks like ibuprofen and might actually be ibuprofen but i dont know ## Hi Dez, From what I've could gather, the overall consensus in related threads here also suggest that this could very well be ibuprofen. However I haven't located any specific details to verify these claims. One thing to note that may help further search efforts is that a lot of people also tend to describe this pill as being brown in color. So I'm assuming it's somewhere in between red, maroon or brown depending on the lighting, but that's just something else to keep in mind when reading other comments. As a last resort, it may even be best to take this pill into your local pharmacy to see if they recognize it.

I am looking for a PM clinic in Pinellas County, preferably St. Petersburg. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back and another in my neck from totalling my car in 2011. I was going to a family physician during my settlement, but the medication he gave me was short lived as I had to take way more than instructed. This also lead to me being very itchy and throwing up anything I drank/ate. I have been sucking it up for the passed 2 years. Found little pink pill round np on one side 12 on the other ## What I think is that this is an over the counter product manufactured by Naturpharm, they make a variety of nutritional supplements that are sold both online, as well as in many stores. That said, I don't know which specific one this is, because they aren't required to log the imprints of over the counter products with the FDA. However, I have seen several of their products and I know they use the NP logo. I started taking Oxicodone or at that time it was Vicodin for pain 15 years ago. It started with one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon. As the years went by and the pain increased due to two separate health issues I started taking Oxicodone 10mg 2-3 at a time four times daly. That comes to a total of approximately 120 mg a day. Now that costs the insurance a lot of money and it has become very hard to get. It has been getting so difficult to get. And it is dangerous to have because the younger people want to steal it. How would I go about withdrawing from it if I could learn to live in pain. I have been on Percocet 5/325 for last 3 months- saw spine specialist today who renewed my presc. but cannot get for 3 days. I have some Tramadol 37.5-325. Will that help me get through until I get my refill? ## Yes the tramadol should help you if you are worried about withdrawal symptoms. So I recently moved here to South Florida (Cutler Bay to be exact) from Nevada and I have been taking 60 10 mg Vicodin a month for 7 years with no need for increase for pain from endometriosis. I brought my records and prescription bottles with me when I moved thinking I would have no problems transferring to a new long term Dr. who could fill my scripts. NO SUCH LUCK. Every Dr. I have gone to tries to fill me bogus Tramadol and tells me that there is no reason I should be taking Vicodin. my doctor is going to do a UA to see if I am taking my oxycontin as prescribed. How long after taking a 30mg oxycontin will it show in my UA? ## I am not certain of the exact time frame for this and what you may actually run into, if you haven't been taking them as prescribed is not having the right levels in your body, if it is detected. Generally, when you are prescribed a certain dosage to be taken at certain intervals, they will expect the amount of it in your urine to fall within a certain range and anything outside of that range can alert them to a problem. i have been sent to a new dr. who doesn't want to prescribe percocet or any narcotic on a regular basis. This is the only pill besides Oxycontin which also helped. i don't know how to explain to my new dr. more than my chronic pains it is such a relief after more than 45yrs. of horrible diagnostics & operations, which has made me have severe panic attacks going to a new dr., any hospitals, or even to visit someone.
