I have just had a major back op and i need two new hips. I was on 400 ug per day and still in agony. Now I'm on the 125 patch. I didn't want opiates because of the change of physiology. I had encephalitis last June and lost around 4 years of memory. I don't want to go any higher for fear of dying but i have to work. Lyrica has ruined my life. It wasn't bad enough with the pain from my back injury. I only took Lyrica for 2 weeks. The weight gain was bad. I lost 1/3 of my hair in 4 months. I have had a rash for over 1 year now. I mean a bad rash. This was my first side effect. And they warn you of this. Get off Lyrica asap if you get a rash. I thought I was having a stroke the first week on Lyrica when they rushed me to the hospital. I had read on the internet of how many young people have died from strokes from taking Lyrica. Man the amount of people who have no clue what they are talking about yet spitting advice on it like they are an expert is bewildering. NO FENTANYL does not show up as an opiate on any test anywhere. In fact the only things that will show up as an opiate are morphine, codeine, and heroin and that is because heroin and morphine metabolize into morphine. Not even oxycodone or hydrocodone can be detected as an opiate they have to be specifically tested for as they metabolize differently, same with methadone, methadone has to be specifically tested for, it will not show up as anything but methadone. So unless the test you are taking is specifically testing for fentanyl then you will be fine. The question is whether or not the test you are taking is testing for fentanyl. I have yet to see a ...

I have been taking hydrocodone 10-325 (made by Watson) for about a year. I picked up my prescription yesterday and instead of the normal yellow pill, I received a white oblong pill imprinted with m367 on it. I took 2 for breakthrough pain and had no relief what-so-ever. I called the pharmacy and was told that they will no longer be able to get the med from Watson. Does anyone know what has happened? I have been using brand name Norco 10 325 for some time. recently because of the DEA I cannot get them and nowi mallinckrodt s the only drug my pharmacy sells. I have read so many bad things about them on the internet, frankly I am about to have a nervous breakdown as I recently had rotator cuff surgery and I have to have the pain control to complete my therapy. I have a Medtronic's pain pump. When brand name Dilaudid is being used I do just fine. When the Dr. refills and puts generic Hydromorphone (without changing the dosage), within hours I'm stumbling & losing my balance & very light headed. Dr, says there is no difference they are made the same. If they are the same then why do I have bad results without knowing that he put the generic in? Just got Camber Pharm generic Percocet at Walgreens instead of the Actavis brand. It's giving me an upset stomach and causing me to feel weird. I recently had to take a drug screen and tested positive for opiates. I said I wanted it retested & it came back saying it was positive for opiates, morphine hydromorphone. I absolutely DID NOT take any of them. I can’t understand why/how this could have happened. I’m very concerned. I did have Poppyseed salad dressing the night before. I had no idea that it could make a false positive screen. However the confirmation test says I took actual drugs. How could this be possible if I didn’t. Can anybody give me some advice or their own experiences with pain management doctors in Charlotte North Carolina? I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, lower back, and primarily in my left leg from a severe knee injury in '09. I broke my Tibia, Fibula, tore my acl, pcl, and the perineal nerve. My ortho surgeon said I had a 50/50 chance of having dropfoot due to the severity of nerve damage even if the reconstructive surgery went well. Luckily that did not happen, but I did have to have a 2nd surgery about 7 months later due to unexplained pain where my pcl is located and limited movement and strength gaining. The surgery was arthoscopic and although he said he removed more scar tissue than he had ever seen(what he assumed was causing my limited motion too), he said it looked like ...

Anyone taking Sun brand hydrocodone 10/325? How does it compare to the other generics available? ## I used to take sun pharma generic suboxone and it’s trash. I’ve tried ever generic and this is the worst. It’s the reason I pay 75 more bucks to do the films. I refuse ANY medication from sun pharma. I have been on Lyrica for about 8 months now and I am having fantastic results. My dr is trying to increase my dosage and I have been doing it in 50 mg increments. I am up 100 more now in a month, for a total dosage of 400mg. I find that I have very bad recall and loss of my vocabulary during conversation. It eventually goes away, but I was wondering if anyone else has this? If it keeps up, I just may have to drop back down 50mg until I get used to it? That seemed to work that last time I had to raise it.BTW, I have nerve pain in my ribcage. My husband has a bad back (bull stepped on him in high school) he's 37 now, and needs surgery. We cannot do that right now, so he's been on oxycodone 30mg, but we've moved 16 hours away from old dr.
