Can Poppyseed Salad Dressing Result In A Positive Opiate Screen?

I recently had to take a drug screen and tested positive for opiates. I said I wanted it retested & it came back saying it was positive for opiates, morphine hydromorphone. I absolutely DID NOT take any of them. I can’t understand why/how this could have happened. I’m very concerned. I did have Poppyseed salad dressing the night before. I had no idea that it could make a false positive screen. However the confirmation test says I took actual drugs. How could this be possible if I didn’t. If you could help me I would be forever grateful. Idk what other information you might need. Please let me know. Ty
