I took Gen Payne for a terrible headache I had. It worked like a charm, but my nose started itching like I am having a hayfever attack. Could this be a side effect or do you think that it might have been hayfever? ## It's definitely not hayfever but probably the codeine in the tablets which caused the itching. Codeine is routinely converted to morphine in the body in order for it to be an effective painkiller. One of the side effects of taking morphine is a horrible but sometimes pleasurable itch. I've been on long term use of morphine and it would always start with my nose itching then my torso and my legs. Hope I could answer your question

I have been taking Oxycodone for way over a year prescribed by a pain clinic and I am also on a high dose of coumadin for blood clots in my leg and my lungs. I take 4 30 mg. everyday, and now just received a letter from the pain clinic that they have dismissed me due to Oxycodone not being in my urine! How can this be? I take it everyday as prescribed and I don't understand how any Dr. of pain management when you have legitimate chronic pain can just toss you out like an old doll. Something is wrong and they want even let me have a second chance or take my blood for another test! All who read this.. try changing your diet, eating fresh seasonal foods, Juice and smoothie often. get your heart rate up by spending 30 min a day (up to 3 times a week) doing physical activity (. walking, riding a bike, or kung-fu lol) Meditate and calm the mind, drink water, laugh, have safe intercourse, try something new... Because if you think taking drugs to ease pain is the only answer.. your dead(early)wrong. Dont spend your time on earth in a chemically induced haze. Found an oblong white pill with 911JOO on one side and the other side is blank. I was wondering what it was? ## Hi Rob, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding online is a white oblong shaped pill marked with "cor 116" on one side and blank on the other. Holding it upside down would resemble the 911... Is it possible that the imprint could've been misinterpreted? Sometimes that happens when the marking fades or gets smudged off, so I have to wonder as there are no other relevant matches I'm seeing with a similar imprint to that. Hi I am looking for a pain management doctor who will prescribe 10 or 15 mg percocets. I live in Burlington county NJ. I have severe scoliosis and I am always in pain. My insurance only covers shots and I don't like needles. My boyfriend will pay for my services. I have my xrays and mri's. I've been taking 5/325mg. of hydrocodone just as needed due to severe arthritis . Take only 1 tablet per/day at the most. Skip those days when my pain is manageable up to 3 days without. Been having what seems to resemble side effects, such as headaches, body aches, high blood pressure, extreme agitation, and cold sweats w/chills. I'm worried whether or not I should just take the 1 p/day just to play it safe? I found information online last night that the Roxane Labs 30 mg, morphine sulfate, imprint 54 262, with scored line on other side is a time released medication, with common usage of every 12 hours. A friend of mine got a prescription of this exact med and the directions are to take 1/2 to 1 pill every 4 hours. Also, there were no warning labels on the bottle regarding not breaking or chewing this med. If this med is time released is he not in danger by breaking the pill in order to only take half? ## Any time one breaks or crushes a time release medication they are altering the way the dosage is delivered. Does Ecosprin 75 contain any other drug in combination? I have been taking Ecosprin 75 , one tablet a day after lunch, my heaviest meal, along with a statin as advised by my previous doctor. My present doctor suggested I take only the Ecosprin 75 as it contains a statin too. Is this correct? ## No, Ecosprin only contains Aspirin, Ecosprin AV contains aspirin with a statin. Just put on oxycodone 20mg and can't fill them anywhere in Modesto CA. Help! They shouldn't prescribe what patients can't get. These i****s using them recreationally make me sick. America is being ruined by Americans. i take oxycodone 10/325 3x day, oxy 12 extended 2x day, and a few other meds. I hate so many meds. Pain is still in effect some days better , or worse. My question is how harmful are these to my body? Diluadid works better with less to take. honest which is worse? I have been unable to go to the doctor for over a year. I do not drive and rely on my daughter to take me. She had been living out if state. I was on high pain medication (oxycodone/roxicodone, morphine and Xanax) before. At this point, any pain medication would help. When I was in the hospital I was given the Diluadid through an IV, and it didn't seem to work. Is it possible that the Subutex I had been taking daily neutralized the effects of the Dilaudid, because I got very little relief from a high dose of the Dilaudid? ## Please let me know if the drug sub Subutex can neutralize the Dilaudid one given by IV? Actually due to a lot of stress i felt heavy, weakness, got headaches, chest pain radiating towards my left hand side. I was unable to walk. i I'm 26 yrs old. Hence i thought of taking Ecosprin 75mg. I took it on that day. I got very much relief. But the next day i didnt take it. Now after two days i'm getting severe headaches and weakness, but no chest pain or hand pain. I have had a fever ranging from 100.5 to 102.0 for just over 24 hours. Fever went away and felt great all day today. But came back this evening. My body aches so bad and cannot get comfortable or fall asleep! I took a hydrocodone 5/325 an hour ago and my temp is still up. Is it OK to take a 500mg naproxen? I NEED SLEEP! ## They can be taken together, as long as your doctor approves. Some people do take both, or alternate them to get better control of pain, or fevers.
