I filled a prescription for 10 mg generic oxycodone at a pharmacy in Mexico. It is a round white pill with no markings at all. It came in a sealed bottle that says "PERCO 10 mg". Below that, it says "Oxycodone 10 mg". In small print, it states that is manufactured for Generic Lab Inc. Corona CA by Purdue Pharmaceuticals. It even lists the US Patents for the drug. Is this a legit generic drug they were able to release without any markings in Mexico? I only took it once and they did nothing. Should I be afraid to take them? ## It is hard to know for sure. Mexico really does not regulate their medications like the U.S., Canada, and some other countries. Thus, there is no way to be sure what these tablets contain. I bought it in Nassau Bahamas. Looks like white round percocet. Line down the middle but has zero markings. Can it be right? He popped it out a blister pack but I didn't get to read it. ## Tylenol w/Codeine (#3) is avail in Bahamas w/o ?× (a local drugstore, in Nassau, for example) & have seen them come in blister pack— Use caution!! ## @MM, This really strikes me as being a counterfeit, but without a marking it could literally be anything. I just wouldn't recommend trying it until you have a proven way to verify what it actually is. This may mean that you have to send it off first to be analyzed by a lab for accuracy. I don't know if this is a Percocet 10/325 or not. There are tests that not only detect the presence of the opiate in question, but they also show the levels in your body. If you have been prescribed a certain amount, at a certain dosing interval, then the amount detected should fall within a certain range. Does anyone have any experience with this particular medication. I see that their are lots of complaints on there generic percoset, but I'm talking of just plain oxycodone 15 mg made by alvogen, any information would be great & most appreciated. I just had foot surgery & they prescribed me hydrocodone. I took it last at 8:30 pm yesterday. I have a very small pill which appears to be baby blue in color. On one side it has Alg and underneath the Alg are the numbers 264. The back side is blank. Please someone tell me if Tramadol 100mg from Mexico is pink, round, and has no imprint except a line down the middle for breaking in half? ## To be honest, there are so many pills from Mexico that are claimed to be many different things and with their lack of drug regulations and no imprints on them, it's very difficult to even take a guess at what the tablets might contain. They could be Tramadol, but the only way to know for sure would be to pay to have them analyzed by a lab somewhere. I have a prescription for Hydrocodone and have been taking it as prescribed. Recently I took a urine test which came back positive for not only Hydrocodone, but Oxycodone as well. I have only taken what has been prescribed to me, and do not take anything else. I do not know how Oxycodone showed up in this test. When taking a urine drug test, will vicodin show up the same as morphine? ## No it will not. Hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opioid medication. It's currently synthesized from thiabine and as such is no cross reactive with reagents used to detect opiates such as codeine and morphine. I am on Oxycodone 15 mg 1 tablet 4 times a day and my doctor wants to change me to Xtampza 1 tablet every 12 hours; they would be 18 mg. is the strength strong enough?
