Enantyum With Paracetamol

If I take 1tablet of Enantyum 25mg after breakfast for my Rheumatoid arthritis, which seems to work well for about 6 hours, is it ok to then takeParacetamol to get me through the night ?

Enantyum contains the active ingredient Dexketoprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
