I have a round greenish bluish pill it supposed to percocet 30mg it also has a bunch of colors mixed with it can someone please tell me if this percocet 30mg ## Hello, Devin! How are you? There are no 30mg Percocet tablets. Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, the maximum dosage of it available has 10mgs of Oxycodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Anything higher than that doesn't contain Acetaminophen, it would just be the Oxycodone by itself, which would be a generic for Roxicodone, if it's regular release; Oxycontin if it's time released; and OxyIR, if it's instant release. That said, are there any markings on the tablet in question? U.S. prescription tablets are all required, by law, to have markings to enable their identification. If it has no markings, the...

Aloha, I get my medication via the VA pharmacy in Oahu, and recently my doctor changed my Rx to be oxycodone immediate release 5mg. I always look up my medication to make sure what's on the pill is what I should be getting. I got a tiny round white pill with 223 on one side and the other side has a score line. Googling gave the answer that it is oxycodone hydrochloride 5mg, but didn't say if was or wasn't immediate release. I called the VA pharmacy and they said it is immediate release, and it's made by Golden State Pharmacuticals. However, I can't seem to find much online about this company and/or if this pill is or isn't immediate release. Thank you so much for your help! :) ## Hey, I get the same brand medication from the VA. It is Oxycodone in a regular relea...

It seems there is hardly any pain medication in my normally strong enough norco (10/325). Have they done something to it? Frustrated! ## They are weaker they took out the Tylenol and acetaminophen ## What are the markings on the tablets in question? If they are 10/325, they do still contain Tylenol/Acetaminophen, however you may have received tablets from a different manufacturer, which could also make a difference. Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

My doctor change my script from oxycodone acetaminophen 5-325mg to oxycodone acetaminophen 7.5 I'm allowed to start with one 7.5 and after an hour I can take another if my pain don't esse up I took one 7.5 than an hour-ish 1:15 later I took another but I fell asleep when I woke i took another not realize I already took my second one but the pain is the reason I woke up anyways so I now have (3) 7.5/325 within 2 hours will I be in danger of death? My pain eased up but have a little lightheadedness should I go to the ER? ## Yes go to the emergency room. For I have observed the time of your post, there's a difference in time, so I pray that you went to the emergency room. ## Anytime you are worried about your life and health, you should always consult a medical profession, or g...

I have had a prescription for oxycodone for my back pain in the past and it was provided by a doctor at the emergency room. I also was referred to a pain clinic in Fairview TN a few years back, but now I am located in Waverly and someone told me a regular doctor can't prescribe oxycodone any more. Is this true or can my regular doctor give me a New prescription. ## A regular doctor can write for oxycodone. Just now the regulations are if the medication is needed on a continued basis for chronic pain that you will need to be seen by a pain management specialist. There is no law that states a regular doctor can't prescribe oxycodone though. Hope this helps. ## Jason is correct, there is no law that says they can't prescribe it. However, due to new DEA directives and intense sc...

I cant take oxcycode there is no way. and Im always out of my meds before my next appointment 3-4 days before . ## Hello, Kelly! How are you? Under the new directives from the DEA, probably not. However, you could speak to her about adding a regular release Morphine as a breakthrough medication to help get better control of your pain. Whether or not she does is up to her, though. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi! I always take 16mg ER ...

Nervigen injections re being prescribed to my father (ge 65yrs), dibetic patient and currently having pain in the leg. I wanted to read about it more. ## Nervigen-p is not available at kolkata, please help me find the substitute medicine. ## I have no way of knowing what is available there, have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist for an equivalent medication? Mapap tablet with GPI A5 (round and white) ... Is this the same as a Percocet, and does it affect lab work? ## This pill is NOT Percocet. It is Acetaminophen 500 mg, which is an over the counter drug generic for Tylenol. Check the following NDC codes, plus there are more for this pill ... MAPAP round pills 0536-3231, 0904-1988, plus different shape with same imprint 0536-3218, 0904-1983 ... Once again, there are absolutely no opioids / narcotics in this pill.

I recently moved to Pa, I'm having trouble finding a pharmacy in or near Langhorne that can fill my script of oxycontin 80 mg, 90 per month. I run out today,I'm disabled and have been on oxycontin for 15 years. Can anyone help? ## How have you been checking with the pharmacies to see if they can fill it? If you've just been calling them to ask, then it isn't likely that you've been given an honest and accurate answer. Oxycodone is a narcotic that is very commonly abused and diverted, so pharmacies have to worry about theft and if someone just calls to ask if they can fill a prescription for it, they have no way of knowing if the person on the other end of the phone is a real patient or a potential thief. Thus, the only way to really find out if they can fill your pre...

I take oxycodone. Became unemployed and no insurance to go to doc. Had old script for hydrocodone in cabinet. Took 3-4 of those. will I have to answer for those or will it show up the same on a 10 panel pre employment drug test? ## Hate to tell but on a 10 panel probably both show up different hun. sux I know. wish I could help more ## Even on the lowest test they will show up as two different drugs, Ones oxycodone, and the other is hydrocodone. However both are out of your system in about 3 days. ## I'm prescribed oxycodone but have been without for a month or so due to insurance changes. I had a severe seizure last Friday and my whole body is in terrible pain. I go bk to my pain Dr in 2 day's and of course I'll be getting a 7-10 panel drug test. I only took one hydrocodone...

I have been taking morphine 60mg er for 5 yrs. Will buprenorphine be able to handle my neuropothy because 180mg of morphine & 12mg Dilaudid doesn't touch the pain I'm in? I'm no addict I feel no euphoria from these drugs. I hate taking them. I'm just scared buprenorphine wont be able to touch my pain I'm ready to cut my feet off its like walking on burning coal 24/7/365. Any info would be very helpful. Thanks ## For me dilaudid was ( I'm not taking now) only thing that gave me any quality of life and could still work with my nerve pain, but everyone is different, they have bucca films now that supposedly is strong enough to help with cancer pain, problem for me was I had other seriously legitimate and proven painful things happen and it was not good I had bee...

My doctor put me on the morphine to try to wean me down from taking 4 percocets to 3. I took my first morphine at midnight - and I still feel pretty good 10 hours later. My question is, how is the morphine released into my blood stream? i.e. do I feel relief immediately - or 45 mins later and then every 1/2 hour or so more is released? Maybe this benefit of 10 to 12 hours relief will dissipate over the next few days to lasting only 5-6 hours? I meant to preface this by saying I'm taking the percocets for a laminectomy fail. ## Since it is a time released medication, it is generally released by absorbing some of your stomach acid, or other fluids you drink. Think of it like a sponge that is very gradually absorbing fluids from one spot, and as it is expanding it's forcing the med...

Since the pharmacutical company has changed the Opanas my medicine isnt doing what I need to relief me of my pain, what are the best medications should I talk over with my Doctor in order for me to get that will give me the satisfaction of not hurting constantly like the old Opanas did? ## There is a time released medication available called Exalgo, which contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, it is also a very potent narcotic. Another option would be MS Contin, which is a time released formulation of Morphine, it's also available as a generic. Have you talked to your doctor about it, yet? ## I am on 4 30ml Oxy ir and 2 30 ml of morphine sulfate the morphine makes me nauseated. After I started taking this pill my left leg started having massive sharp pains and it got worse every day. I was in so much pain, I was in bed all day and night for a week and a half till I stopped taking them. Four days after taking I stopped it's slowly going away. Why is this happening and how do I get my leg back to normal? ## This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and the FDA does warn that it can increase the risk of bleeding, which means there is a risk you've experienced a blood clot. If that is the case, your life could be in danger and you need to consult a doctor immediately. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Are you on any other medications?

I took half of a hydrocodone/a pap 5-300 at 6pm and my 0.5mg of clonazepam at 11:30pm Will I be ok? I have never taken hydrocodone before , just was prescribed for sciatica back pain today and now my anxiety is wanting to get me worried about taking the 2 medications. Please anybody?? ## They can be taken together, if your doctor approves, but according to NIH reports, you may experience more side effects than usual, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and shallow breathing. How are you doing? Did you experience any problems?

I have more pain relief taking one 50 mg Tramadol every 3 hours instead of 2 tablets every 6 hours. My primary dr. is ok with this but my pharmacist is a little hesitate. I can take 5 pills per day. What would you suggest and why? ## If your doctor approves, then it is best to follow their guidance, it is not the pharmacist's decision. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. In actuality, how would the pharmacist know you were taking them every 3 hours, rather than every 6, if they weren't informed of such? I accidentally took 30 morphine sulfar er a couple years ago. I just pulled the same bone headed move. I think. I don't normally feel anything other than relief. I think I might have accidentally put 2 in my pill box for 1 day cuz I'm feeling something which I don't normally feel. Should I be concerned? ## What exactly are you feeling? Can you please post back and be more specific? Typically, doubling up would result in your experiencing more side effects, which may include depression of the central nervous system, dizziness, drowsiness, and constipation. Did you experience any adverse effects?

The pill is larger and thicker with an A that looks like it would've been a P at first and the 215 doesn't look right. National Drug Code (NDC): 00574-0215 You said that the pill isn't Oxycodone, is there a viable reason as to why it can't be Oxycodone? ## Hi, I am trying to inquire some information.
