Can I take Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-325mg along with an Acetaminophen/Codeine 300-30mg tablet? ## Have they both been prescribed for you? In general, it is best not to take both, since there is a risk of overdosing on the Acetaminophen, which can be fatal. I was on Opana 40 2 x daily plus 10 mg of oxymorphone hcl every 6 hrs. Since the recent changes, I have been switched to Arymo 60 2x daily and still take the 10 mg oxymorphone every 6 hrs. The Arymo does not seem to be working well. Is there something else that I can ask for that will help with the pain? I too am awake most of the night tossing and turning due to pain. The 10 of the oxymorphone does not seem to have the same effect that it used to when I first started taking it. I've been on these meds for approx. 5 years steady. I have had chronic pain throughout my body for years that may or may not be associated with fibromyalgia and/or arthritis. Regular 200mg OCT ibuprofen doesn't work, even when up to 1000mg is taken at once. I quite literally found a small bottle of IP465 ibuprofen, and after researching what the pill was, decided out of sheer desperation to see if it would help. It doesn't make the pain go away, but does help some...oddly enough, more than the OTC ibuprofen....and that doesn't make sense. Why would a 600mg pill work better than 5/200mg pills would? Just got these hydro/apap 5/325, how many can I take at a time and still be safe? 1 doesn't do it for me. I have a high tolerance for Vicodin/norco related drugs, but this is the first time taking these so I'm unsure. ## Nope. They are weaker than a percocet 5...as Vicodin are HYDROcodone and a percocet is OXYcodone. They will NOT get you high if you have ANY type of tolerance....may as well take Bayer. ## yes you can get high off of these and if you take too many you wont know it! Thats how alot of people are dying from overdose's and they dont know it! I was on Oxycodones 15mgs for 4years and when I moved to Washington state.....Yes they put me on MMJ! My primary dr has me on 10 mg percocet, 2 every 4 hrs for chronic/severe leg pain but it has lost it's effectiveness. I have appt w/pain mgt clinic on the 18th for the 1st time and am hoping they rx something stronger & definitely something that lasts longer. I haven't slept a full night in almost 2 years due to waking up in pain, taking meds, waiting for them to kick in and waiting to fall asleep again. Does anyone have an educated guess on what they may rx or what works well for this problem? I have taken 8mg orange suboxone tablet over the course of 3 days. I regularly take hydrocodone for chronic pain and a torn labrum in my hip. My last dose of suboxone was at 9am this morning, can I take hydrocodone tomorrow afternoon? Will it help my pain? I sent a friend to pick up a partial; I was suppose to get 165 oxycodone 30 Mgs pills. When he came back there was only 24. He told me he felt sick but ran to the car and took off. I went to the police and they had me do a polygraph voice graph detector analysis were they asked me a million questions, but best of all I passed. If I was lying I could of been arrested. I was scared but I was telling the truth so they gave me the police report. I was taking 2 Percocet/4hours for 5 days. I had a knee replacement. But yesterday I started to scale back and only taking 1/4hours. I have also started to become nauseous. Is that because I lowered my dose or because there is now a lot in my system? I see a pain management Dr for chronic pain. I've had a very difficult time in finding the RIGHT medication for this. I recently had my 2nd disc repair surgery on my neck and I've made sure to follow all protocols with prescriptions between my pain management Dr and my surgeon. My biggest issue right now is that I've been taking Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 7.5/325 in liquid form. Today my husband took me in for a follow up appointment and we found out that this medication is no longer available in the liquid form.
