Hello. I am 34 year old and I have been on Percoet 10/325 for abut 6 years. i take 3-4 a day. I never asked for anything stronger nor has my dosage ever been increased. I have Spinal Scoliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, 2 herniated Disc, A pinch nerve in my neck and back, as well as Osteo Arthritis in my neck. I normally see two Dr at the office I go to depending on their availability, I have been going there for 5 years. Today was my appt, the Doctors I normally see were busy so I had to see another Doctor. Dr I seen today was so damn rude. Such A ignorant Jack-Ass. I have to take a drug test for a job interview and I have been taking Norcos. My question is how long till I'm clean and also, does methocarbamol show up on a drug test?? I take my test on Monday at 4:00. I had surgery on my toe yesterday. It hurt extremely bad! I took 2 tylenol 3s @ 8:30pm. Can I take 2 extra strength Tylenol's 4 hours later? ## Hello, Shawntay! How are you? No, that would be too much Acetaminophen to take in an 8 hour period, which could result in liver damage, liver failure or overdose toxicity, which may be fatal. You can't take more than 1,000mgs of it in an 8 hour period and no more than 3,000mgs in 24 hours. The FDA classifies Tylenol 3 as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Would a Tylenol 800mg be like a Tylenol with codeine or as strong? Why would a doctor prescribe Tylenol 800mg?

This medication against all the scary stories about narcotics, I was desperate for pain relief, so I needed something, have been getting my scripts now for almost two years, with my periodic UA, which is all good. My husband takes Nucynta for chronic back pain...he can't get through a day wlo taking 3-4. When he went to his pain mgnt dr yesterday, his drug test came back clean and b/c he is a long-time patient, they him enough to get thru a week but that was it. I see this man take these pills with my own eyes so I'm 120% sure he takes them. It also didn't show his sleep aid (trazadone) or his anti-anxiety (Clanozepin) - not sure of spelling. I've had sum very TERRIBLE effects from this pill from hell...theres several that are very alarming and ive read just a couple people on here mention it. but its concerning the brain/head/eyes. When i move my eyes, there's a sound that like a bionic sound that goes anytime i move my head (if there open, i closed my eyes to see if it did it when my eyes closed). Also, this med has caused sum severe joint pain that I NEVER HAD BFORE! I was prescribed 120 pills on April 17th. The dosing guidelines say to take 1 pill every 6 hours. When should I run out of medicine? ## Generally when you get pain meds from Pain Management or any other doc really and it will be taken on a regular basis, they give you what they expect to last 30 days and if you take 1 pill every six hours that should last 30 days. Patients get confused when they receive pain meds that state take one or two every 4-6 hours as needed for pain and say get 60. The Doctor generally still expects that bottle to last 30 days no matter what the instructions say. The Doctor or nurse really should make that clear. I have two scripts of hydrocodone. One is stamped m365 and the other is n356. The n356 makes me sleepy & the m365 makes me hyper. Both bottles say they are the same thing, but how can I react so differently to them? ## Both M365 and N356 5, contain a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone at a dosage of 5/325mg. However, there are still some unique differences... The N356 5 pill lists Hydrocodone bitartrate while M365 simply lists Hydrocodone (by itself). Bitartrate is an acid tartrate, that from what I could gather seems to play some sort of role in the absorption process. Each pill also contains a different set of binders and fillers. So it may be that some of these supposedly inert chemicals are affecting the way your body would typically respond to the medication as a whole....

To be short and sweet, Aspergum was used for years, this was an inexpensive over the counter product that you could choose to use for a sore thoat. There were two flavors, orange and cherry. I don't see why it can't be brought back in it's original for a limited timed to see how it doe's. A friend had them and was told it was oxycodone 30mg. Is this possible? ## It's not an Oxycodone tablet that's available in the U.S. All manufactured prescription tablets available in the U.S. are required by law to have unique imprints to enable their identification. Without any markings, it is most likely something that is available over the counter and they were lied to by whomever they purchased them from. Can anyone tell me how well Purdue 10 mg percocet works? I currently take Mallinkrodt in the 525s because my pharmacy can’t get any other brand in a higher dose. Was prescribed 725’s and my pharmacy stsrted giving me Amneal. I knew that something was not right because they not only made me sick (nauseous and headache), they were not effective. Mallinkrodt work good for me, but would like to take less pills as I have to get the 525’s and cut them in half. I may need to jump to the 10 mg, but my pharmacy can only get Purdue. I can’t find any info on how well they work. What is the most effective 725s and 10s??

It's hepatic negative effects should not be augmented by alcohol or acetaminophen especially in larger doses and duration of use. I would strongly recommend getting labs done especially a hepatic panel every six months. I use (1) tablet BID and over the course of (4) years have developed several liver cysts the largest being 35 x 15 mm. As a lifetime non-drinker and almost non user of acetaminophen ever, the evidence seems to be compelling. Bute is an extremely effective NSAID for some. I do my homework and obtain full panel labs bi-anually. Thank You.
