round with 1line and numbers44104 ## Acetaminophen 325mg. Tylenol. ## Small pink round pill with a line down the middle on one side and on the other side looks like the initials of the letter L, and a capital N. Got it in Mexico. ## Yes, this tablet is a generic for Tylenol that contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is now manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, it is available over the counter. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?
found this in my teenage neice's room ## Sorry, if there is no imprint then it must be something over the counter. All prescription drugs in the United States are required by law to have an imprint on the tablets, so they can be identified according to drug, dosage and manufacturer. With no markings there is no way to know for sure what it is, it could be a generic for Tylenol PM, Advil PM, Aleve or anything else for that matter. ## I have located a supply of totally unmarked football shaped pills in my good friend's room; I have no knowledge of him taking any prescription meds and I would know if he were. They were in an old prescription bottle with the label ripped off (probably not even the original container). These pills look exactly like the little blue football Xanax pill...

Lately, I've been having pain in the coccyx bone after sitting, whether on the bed or a chair. I did not fall down at all. Why is it hurting after sitting for only 25 minutes? ## It is really hard to say, you should see a doctor and let them do a physical exam. Do you sit a lot during the day? If so, that may cause it, since it is not good to be idle too much. It could also be due to your possibly developing arthritis, or some other medical condition, according to NIH reports, but only a doctor can give you a definitive answer. Are you on any medications? The FDA does warn that some can cause these types of issues as a side effect. Do you maintain proper posture when sitting? Soft surfaces, such as beds, are not ideal for sitting on for any long period of time, since you don't g...
The person I care for is 100 and her family doctor is giving her tramadol 50mg and kavinace. Is it safe together? ## Hello, Donna! How is she doing? Kavinace is just a nutritional supplement that is used to treat, or prevent deficiencies in the vital nutrients that it contain, it is also believed to help support nerve health, since it contains vitamin B6. Tramadol is a mild opioid that's used to treat pain, so there should be no problem with her taking them together, if her doctor has instructed her to take them. The FDA does warn that Tramadol carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
are watson perks stronger than endo perks ## Hello, Technically the strength of the pills should be the same so long as the dosage of the medication remains the same, however, there are some factors that come into play when talking about how each pill will react with you. Does the pill have a slow release coating? If so it will take effect at a slower rate but lasts longer and the effects will be much weaker. You also have to take into consideration the inactive ingredients in a pill which will also affect how your body reacts to the medication. There is also a lot of mental limitations here, sometimes people get so wrapped up into the idea that the medication they are currently taking is superior and when they do take another brand their thoughts can have a physical impact. It is alway...
My dog who is 13 was prescribed Tussigon for a cough. He has a collapsed trachea. The drug made him very sick and he struggled to breathe. He needed emergency treatment and oxygen. It cost big bucks. Was this a mistake on the vets part? ## I am not familiar with veterinary medications or procedures, so I cannot say whether or not any of this information is correct, however, here goes.... If the Tussigon used for dogs contains the same ingredient as that used for humans then it contains Hydrocodone, a narcotic that is often used to help treat coughing. The problem that I see is that since it is a narcotic, it can also cause respiratory depression, meaning if someone or an animal has trouble breathing, there is a chance it could worsen it. Now, I can't say this was a veterinary mistak...
What is the cost of this medication and what strength do you carry? ## I am sorry is that person trying to get us to sell our pills?? Sorry I am just a little confused bout this medchat - is it open to public? Who runs it?? I see we can not give out our personal info but I will not Put a drs name out in front of God and everyone else if I know of one. It seams that oxycodone is a big issue this year. And many people are having trouble gitting it. I am sorry for them wish them well. Or if they try and go wihtout try ice pac at night, warm partners and heat pacs. Keep life simple and don't try and be everything to everyone. ## Linda, this isn't a pharmacy. This is a forum to ask questions about meds, side effects, actually medical questions. Now, I, as a nurse, can tell you there ...
DUE TO ILLNESS AND HOSPITALIZATION my Dr has taken a leave of absence from practice cancelled all appointments and refused any refills. I am only on hydrocodone 10mg 5x daily. This left me with nothing no refill to find a new dr or anything someone please help!!!! ## If you require such medications on a long-term ongoing basis for the treatment of pain, due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Finding a new general practice doctor to prescribe this just isn't very likely, at all, now. Are there any in your area? ## I'm looking for a doctor who is open to prescribing suboxone, or subutex for back pain in southern Indiana. ## I would SUE! He got you admitted to them by prescribing u the medications, So he sho...
Generic percocet ## Can someone please help me with this search. I've been told its generic percocet. Smaill round white pill. Imprint code 1P over 17. Does anyone know where I can find the mg or any other info? Is it really generic percs?? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you ## This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Lorazepam, which is a generic for Ativan. It is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such dizziness, headache, nausea, drowsiness, sedation, and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?
## My insurance is running out. Are there discount programs for oxymorphone? ## Oxymorphone is still being made. They pulled the brand because it's easily abused. ## Both the brand name (Opana) and the generic are still available. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Tucker, I am sorry, but discount programs are rarely offered for controlled substances, especially once they are available as generics, since by their very nature, they are already cheaper. Some companies occasionally offer them, but it is not a common thing, and even then, they only offer them, until the generic becomes available. Have you asked your doctor about trying a cheaper alternat...
I will be walking and look down my 50 mcg mallinckrodt will be on the floor only after putting it on the previous day. How embarrassing. There have been times I wont even know and will feel awful. I have cystic fibrosis and 50% of my pancreas left. Im so sick of this. I do take norco for breakthrough but I feel horrible when the patch falls off. I dont want to use fabric tape all the time (which works the best, other tape doesnt). The patch is made by mallinckrodt. ## Hi peanut, Sorry to hear about your experience with the adhesive on the patch. It sounds like tape isn't much better either since it can only last for so long as well. Where have you been placing the patch at? Maybe a different spot would last longer before falling off, if it's not somewhere vulnerable. It would be...
IMPRINT 114, WHITE ROUND 30 MG OXYCODONE, BY MAYNE MANUFACTURER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVED THIS BRAND. I USUALLY GET THE MALLINCKRODT. WHAT IS DIFFERENCE AND DOES ANYONE HAVE REVIEWS? ALSO, IS IT EXTENDED RELEASE? ## Hello, SuzieQ! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The only difference is that it is manufactured by a different company, that is normal with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Has anyone taken this one? If so, can you chime in, please? ## They suck for pain, this brand rp 30 roun...

2172 pills from Walgreens are not any where near Watson 3202. Don't relieve pain and will give you a headache. I tried to tell the pharmacist but they said that is what they shipped. This is what I have to deal with, *****s. ## There's actually been several complaints here recently on these newer 2172 pills. Since they're generic, my guess is that the percentage of active ingredients are probably less than other manufacturer's versions. Not to mention the different binders/fillers that affect bioavailability or cause unwelcome side effects. It's a shame that pharmacies always go for the cheapest offer they can get and care nothing about quality control for their loyal customers/patients who have to rely on this medication. The entire healthcare sector and our economy...
Found a white pill that is blank on one side. Oblong like a bean. I 7 on other side. ## This tablet is manufactured by Granules Limited India and they list it as containing 600mgs of Ibuprofen. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Ifijusttook two 200mg Advil’s can I take an I7 pill and hour later or is it harmful ## DON’T!!! Those are both ibuprofen, max daily dose is 2400mg. Suggested dose is 600 every 6-8 hours. The Advil (200mg each) are a quick release type and should not be mixed with generic longer release 600s or 800s. If you are in a lot of pain you can safely alternate Tylenol (acetaminophen) every 4 hours with ibuprofen...
i have been taking 50mg of hyrdocodone per day for the last 6 months and it is not working for the pain anymore. I have ankolying spondylitus. My Dr has put me on 15mg morphine extended release 2x per day. I took 15mg about 3 hours ago and so far not relief. My questions is will this work for me as I was taking 50mg of hyrocodone per day. ## How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? The ER Morphine is released slowly, over a period of 12 hours, it is not released all at once, like the Hydrocodone was, so you will not feel the same effect. There is also a change that this dosage isn't high enough for you. Have you informed your doctor of the issue? Though, it is usually best to give it a week, or so, to see if things improve. The FDA warns that these medications carry the ri...
Meaning I cannot get an answer to this after much research over the years here and there. It’s always the same questions, what’s better, what’s more powerful (which is Oxy of course) or what is the difference between the two. My question is this. Does Hydro hit DIFFERENT receptors then Oxy and vice versa? If Oxy is more powerful, then “assuming” it fills receptors that Hydro does not?? So would taking an Percocet AND a Norco at once not be perfect, to say hitting ALL the receptors? Thanks :) ## Opiate receptors are opiate receptors, so they all work on the same ones, if you read up on the NIH research, some opiates are stronger than others, and some work better for some people than they do for other people. So, while they are sometimes combined to help get ...
I found a pill and need to know what it is. Does a opioid 30 mg have 324 on it? ## Hi Chicky, After doing a lot of digging on the internet, I couldn't locate an exact match to your pill. Pretty much all of the closely related descriptions and images I saw were of oblong or capsule shaped pills. The lack of available information leads me to believe that your pill falls into either one of the following categories: discontinued, Illicit, over-the-counter, or of foreign origin. Is it something that could've been brought back from overseas? ## Warfarin 3mg is blue with same number on the front
