I found a container of these pills in my son's room. He is currently in rehab for oxycontin addiction. These are hard to read but it looks like the all have an R and then the number 128 below that. ## But they are all different colors, with the same marking? This is not normal for prescription drugs, usually if they share a marking, they are all the same size, shape and color. This makes me speculate that they may either be something over the counter or some type of street drug. Unfortunately, there is no way to know for sure, other than having them lab tested. Are they all the same size?

What is a round yellow tablet scored on one side with only "COR 142" on it? The bottle says hydrodo/apap5-500mg tab mallinckro; a generic for vicodin 5-500mg tab. ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, I can, however, tell you that these are most definitely NOT in the correct bottle! These do NOT contain Hydrocodone, nor any type of narcotic. COR 142 tablets contain 5mgs of Glyburide and 500mgs of Metformin, this is a generic for Glucovance, a combination antidiabetic drug used to help lower and control blood pressure. Whatever pharmacist told you that did not know what he was talking about. These tablets contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, they are a generic for Fioricet, most commonly prescribed to treat migraine and tension headaches.
