Capsules dark blue light blue with band of gray between. Letters PM on the dark blue, RRG on the light blue. Found in a Tylenol PM container. Could these be Tylenol PM or something else? ## I'm not sure, I can't find a listing under this marking. Where the other tablets brand name with Tylenol markings? It is actually a birth control pill which contains Ethinyl Estradiol + Ethynodiol Diacetate. The other difference from your initial description is that it is not a white oval. Watson 383 is round and is more of a light pinkish/peach color unless you are talking about the placebo pill as part of the cycle which is round and white. I hope this makes sense. Today the doctor switched me from Kadian to Oramorph. I was taking 80 mg. of Kadian twice a day to Oramorph 60 mg twice a day. Should I expect the same relief I was getting on this lower dose. The change was due to the need to lower costs for my meds. Is there a difference between the beads and capsule form of kadian as the pill form of Oramorph? Thanks for any help. ## They both contain Morphine, so yes, switching fro a higher dose to a lower one may not give you quite as much pain control. They are both time releases formulations, so there is really no difference in that. The side effects will also remain the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. i TAKE 30 MG OF RESPIDOL AND 30 OF TRAMADOL. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE 'I CAN TAKE FOR PAIN RELIEF? ## Well, this site is not medical pofessionals, so we cannot possibly advise you on what medications to use. What has your doctor suggested? That said, Risperdal IS NOT a pain reliever, is is a generic for Risperidone and is a very potent antipsychotic, used to treat Schizophrenia and BiPolar disorder. Side effects can include: weight gain, nausea, somnolence and dizziness. Tramadol, the generic for Ultram is an analgesic. It can cause side effects such as: nausea, drowsiness and headache. It may be that your doctor is cautious about prescribing anything else due to the possibility of interactions and possible addiction. What have they said in regards to the matter?

I just had surgeryon my leg where my doctor inserted a couple of stents to open up a main artery. I was wondering if this pain is normal, he perscribed me some Vicodine at first that did not seem to help the pain, and then some Percocet, still no luck. It's been almost a month. I need to go back to work but the pain is to severe. I now walk with a cain. I was thinking that maybe something went wrong with the surgery and was not told about it. I could be wrong though. How long of a rest period should it be before the pain starts to subside and I could walk without the help of a cain.
