There is no hard and fast rule for it. It really depends on the person, as well as how much and how often they are taking.

It is a narcotic containing Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so the addiction potential is always there.

Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
