...if your doing this correctly you will have an oxy solution the consistency of water, no gel! Be sure to use a very small amount of {edited for safety reasons} INJECTION is not advised! Not sure its too healthy though. I tried this on myself and it works. I could explain the chemistry but for the sake of space and I'm sure your not interested I wont. Still I gotta say, switch to H! Its easier, cheaper and soooo much better. Good Luck. ## Okay, the first thing to cover is that it is very dangerous to try to use any medication in a manner in which it was not intended to be used. Tablets, especially time released products, contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body. They are normally just expelled in your waste, but breaking them down for inject...

I have crushed disk in my neck, chronic severe headaches...as a result I've had chronic depression. I am looking to find a Doc that prescribes pain and psych in SE MICH....Thanks ## The only doctor you will probably find that will prescribe both will likely be a general practitioner. Do you currently have one? In most cases, a pain management doctor will not treat other conditions, such as depression, because they are not trained in doing so and the opposite is also true of a psychiatric doctor treating pain.

The other formulations of Oxycodone have not been changed, included the liquid formulations. Is there anything else I can help with?

I do not take oxycontin anymore n haven't for past 3 yrs.although my mother does for her terrible pain issues, she is 64. One day she came to she came me and said, "Donna I don't feel , like I'm withdrawing and my pain is level is really high. So we went a looked at her meds. We found that some didn't look like her usual 80mg. We at first thought that the pharmacy made a mistake, so I checked drugs.com and found they were new. Pharma perdue has made these new oxy's that are a rip off to insurance companies. They are still outrageously priced but do not work properly. They may work for new users but not old ones.I had made a switch sometime ago to opana, so I got my switched over. Well they work great for me but I find that they do not last 12 hours. So, I'm g...

i would like to know if anyone know a pharmcy that still has the old oc oxycontin in or around minnesota ## It is actually very doubtful that you will still find it anywhere, due to the fact that Purdue has stopped manufacturing it. The places that had a supply of it where allowed to continue dispensing, but once they ran out, they had no choice but to order in the new formulation. Are there any other questions or comments?

Please sign my petition here change.org/petitions/no-more-oxycontin to Purdue Pharma and the FDA to have this drug removed from the market. It's killing our family and friends. ## Sweet Pea, it's killing the people who are abusing them, using them recreationally. Not killing people with chronic pain who uses it has prescribed. Tell, your friends and family to go to detox and get help. Remember, if it isn't oxy, it will be cocaine, heroin and so on... Mind as well get all of the pain killers removed from the market, they are all the same thing.... ## Yes, it is very doubtful that you will get many signatures from people on our site. For most people with chronic pain issues, such a potent medication is very important to have. And it is a very unfortunate fact that regardless o...

New Formula OP oxycontin is designed to make the user sick. NEED I SAY MORE ## Actually no, it was formulated to help prevent abuse, there was nothing deliberately done to make anyone ill from taking it. The U.S. FDA would not approve it for use, if that was the case. Are there any other comments or questions? ## Do you mean to tell me it was an "Accident"?

I keep finding this light blue cotton like substance in the car and other places in the house. I live with an addict who says they've been clean for quite some time now. Anyway can someone please tell me what this is? Are they using again? ## Yes he is using again get rid of him he will always be a drug addict. he is crushing the pills and using the cotton as a filter as he fills his needle. so what u see is residue from the liquid he injected. Sorry but i have lived with an addict for 4 years you need to know the truth. ## Please note, however, that a cotton substance actually has nothing to do with the drug Oxycontin, it does not contain cotton fibers. As the other poster has stated, the only way it could be associated is if the person was using some type of cotton as a filter, to...

a family memeber was just wrote rockacet 15 and we want to know if it is oxycontin or around the same thing ## Roxicet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. The difference between it and the Oxycontin is that Oxycontin only contains Oxycodone, in a time released formulation without the Acetaminophen, and the Roxicet is a regular release formulation. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a relative suspected of using oxicotton, he is known to be hanging out with a woman who has a felony chanrge for it and he is acting very different. His mind seems to be very mixed up and he can't make good decissions or choices. He just is not connected and keeps saying that he has made bad choices. I know nothing about grugs and hadn't even heard of this until now. Please help. ## The actual name is Oxycontin, it contains the narcotic Oxycodone as the active ingredient and yes, abuse could cause the type of behavior your are describing. Has anyone tried discussing it with him?

blue ## Yes, this would be one of the new Oxycontin OP tablets, they have been specially designed to help prevent abuse of the medication. If someone tries to crush or chew them, they retain their time released properties. However, they still work for pain like the originals and may cause the same side effects: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Read more: Are there any questions? ## Well just got back from the Pharm and was fully expecting to get the NEW op80mg oxi and to my puzzlement they gave me the OC80 and NOT the new OP80!! just wanted to share this ! it boils down to stockpiles at each pharm!! 9/7/10 Tues ## any pill u get now they should make like ops so people arent abusing there meds every month i thought that was very clever of them to do so... ## I have already...

I've been looking for a while and I need help. Nobody I know has cracked this case everything I've heard of just doesn't work good enough. There's gotta be somebody out there who has tried something right please share the knowledge I know if there's a will there's a way {edited for safety reasons} ## The new Oxycontin OP has actually been designed to prevent this type of use. Even if you try to crush it for snorting, it contains a substance the enables it to still retain its time released properties and prevent the release of all the medication, at once. Oxycodone is a narcotic, so by using it in such a manner, you are creating the very real risk of overdosing. Are there any questions or comments? ## I have been looking for a while and I need help. Im perscribed OC 40 mg. with the OP on the market the OC became the generic Oxycodone 40 mg. The question is there is Oxycontin 40 mg in capsules. Basicly is that equal to the Oxycodone 40 without the buffer in it ## There is no generic for Oxycontin, both the one with the OC and the one with the OP marking are made by Purdue, they just reformulated to help prevent abuse and discontinued manufacturing the original that had the OC marking. Oxycontin contains Oxycodone in a time released formulation. As to the other formulations, no, there is none available in a 40mg dosage. The immediate release capsule is only available in a 5mg dosage and the regular release tablets are only available in a maximum dosage of 30mgs. Is there anything else I can help with?

I started with percocet 10/650 2x per day then up to 6x per day because i was still in pain. I am trying to get back to my active life without being in pain. I was taking too many pills with acetamin. My Doctor switched me to 30mg ms contin 2x per day, it was the first thing that worked it took the pain away (even through the night -into the morning.) Also 2-5/325 2x per day for the breakthrough pain. (I do not have ins. right now and 5/325 is cheaper than 10/650). But the ms contin was making me sweat really, really bad, so bad I had to ask my doctor to switch me to something else. He switched me to oxycontin 40mg 2x per day and oxycodone 30mg 2x per day. The day after I got them prescribed I applied for health insurance that would cover my doctor visits and prescriptions. The oxycodon...
