Orange Subutex 153 Half Moon (Page 3) (Top voted first)

Updated

I use these and they work great. I was on the Roxanna Pharma ones that were circular in size and these orange ones work way better. Wish I had been on them from the start.

Hi Fred,
I have just a few left of the 8 mg...Subutex. Like I said before, I'm scared to death of the withdraws I will have when done. I could get more but don't want to..I want off. Any suggestions? Someone told me to take a few reg pain pills for a few days..no subutex, then very little subutex after..ween from there. What do you or anyone suggest? Thank you!

Just got my first script of the actavis surfboard half moon two 8mgs a month 60 tablets lol. After I read this about the roxane lab shortage thought my state had extra cause there were two more scripts of roxane I got. I asked for them to leave it sealed in the roxane bottle cause they come in bottles of thirty tablets so they usually just put the label on and leave it sealed, cause I have ocd and was shorted before. This pharmacy wouldn't do that. To reduce myself I take intra... it's got better bioavailability this way and works for Me and this way instead of two 8mgs a day I can cut it into half or whole to last long as I have plenty benzos. I don't feel like these oranges feel the same but feel like less lasts longer so in that respect I like the oranges. The hi tec never did it. I know it was my mind and that the hi tecs would work sublingual but kinda hard smash a tic tac am make last.

Hey first off I was married to a pharmacist, only reason I quit was cause of an accident I was in. I never said there was. I said this page had a link to all the shortages and new patents. this I'm talking about was wrote awhile ago but yes the pharmacy has a contract. I've been on Roxane except for the July or August two times got the 8mg Actavis Orange moons from Walgreens. I'm fine with either or I just can't take the hi techs cause they f*** with my mind by being the size of a tic tac an whoeva is saying that subutex is not a blocker do some actual like medical pharmaceutical research, some papers say buprenorphine binds higher then most other opiates, same as suboxone there are a small bit of naloxone in them. subutex has none but subutex if taken over the 1mg range will deff block other opiates. if u are sensitive to naloxone like me off coarse take subutex like me but I'm from the state that the company B & r are from. they had to publicly admit the naloxone does very little other than to scare J's frm abusing em. naloxone in pill form comes all way up at least to 50mgs cause back before they made the law where u could get them from the dr's office when I was 18, I'm 33 now, my fam paid s*** ton of $ for me to do this month long outpatient detox where u get the bupernex amps and have to intramuscular them in your buttocks. At 18 I didn't know all I do now so I saw buprenorphine an just read the fine part, very dumb so as a fact I tell u just plain Bupe will throw everything opiate wise off your brain cause dr said don't iv them an antagonist agonist I didn't no s*** back then so I still had dope n my system an I administered the amp of just a lil 0.03 of buprenorphine, that's how much med is in what they still give for pain an it threw me into the worst withdrawal I had even been in an I never did the detox an was on methadone 140mgs an oxy 30s for break thru pain cause addict or not I was in very painful an bad accident so by that time though all I did was read about meds an Shiz well my pain. dr neurologist retired an I had go to my reg dr. he sent me to a psychiatrist that was a old dr of mine an I got on subutex. I'm not sick an I waited tell I was first off before I started an worked just like it should of an main diff is I'm not sick but I'm not nod N out all day burning my clothes up. I'm going to get back on reg meds as soon as I can find a pain dr taking new patients but there's not a lot cause the obvious reasons and the dr's r now to p***** to write but I don't blame them. I blame the d.e.a and fear mongers like the people of FOX News and all that crap, no sorry DEA not every pill is diverted to the street. u would have to kill me to get my meds if I new u was trying rob me and most ppl that r in active addiction or "opiate dependence" cause from a pain suffer an ex addict guess u wud say u still feel the same w'ds. now late I left out some thing I forgot to add but I need sleep. Night.

One more note is that no the addict does not feel high in the sense we know being high as but when taking suboxone or subutex in any other non addict/addiction professional's opinion, yes we are feeling high. Our normal or sober floor, for lack of better words, has been raised to a higher threshold than a non opiate addict is all that happened. Let a non addict take even 1mg of either subutex or suboxone and most will be on their butts. So in that aspect we are still feeling high but a leveled out, peaking out high. Not a keep taking more dope and continue to get annihilated high. We are still physically dependent on it and will get sick with a few days without our sub but that is not the same as being addicted to subs or being in active addiction. Whether we are feeling "high" or not. It's just is a matter of semantics.

Mary, I must apologize to you. My comments were meant for ihatemisleadcomments and your post was right around the same time. So I do apologize saying that to you but not for saying that ihatemisleadcomments is ignorant and pretty dumb. The bupre in both suboxone and subutex is the blocker and the naloxone (narcan) is only added to subutex because the FDA told the makers they need to make it less of a diversion med. In other words the FDA said they needed to come up with a way to discourage misuse of suboxone so it would go up in drug classes. The solution...a little naloxone. This was suppose to stop people from misusing the suboxone intravenously. Other then that both subutex and suboxone still block the cravings and the bupre in both meds will not allow someone to feel opiates if a person were to use opiates too early after a suboxone dose. Again the bupre is what attaches to the receptors stronger than any opiate which does not allow any opiates to reach the receptors because the bupre is already there. Anyways sorry marry I screwed up bad on that one but the guy who wrote this is truly misguided and wrong so I don't get his user name "ihatemisleadcomments" cuz that comment was incorrect and insulting to people using subutex that are in a serious program to stay clean...

Subutex has no blocker and suboxone does. It's hard to even get Subutex in Louisville KY. I don't take opiates and suboxones cost alot more.

Awesome! I have been reading through all these "mostly" useless posts and I am glad to hear the orange ones work excellent as I was beginning to really hate the white paste on my lips from round white ones ;-)

I'm 10 minutes into oval orange 153 D. Will try to follow up with results. 10+ years on subutex, suboxone, and early clinical evaluations before it hit the market should provide a solid point of reference or control perspective. If you don't know how to navigate pill forums of just google the numbers color and shape to get instant results please do. It could reduce long winded feeds like this to honest reports of functionality. Also it is the first 7 dayers who need immediate answers about if it works; it does but not a get out of jail free card. do it. You didn't hesitate cramming whatever black gooey sludge into ur bloodstream, don't get picky getting clean. And don't do it for longer than u need to, get clean or else you are stuck with a expensive f***ing necessity big pharm drug that does not even give u a spark of good feeling except not getting sick. It is the permanent rug which you sweep it under, and will be there with bells on once you try to go all out clean. Do it for days, weeks if ur bad, but do the work and suffer thru the kick, if I could go back 10 years I would rather kick in jail than be on this s*** forever. There Is No Easy Way Out. Fight for it.

Personally I like the bigger white subutex by Roxanne Laboratories. I think the orange ones by Actavis may be some of the cheaper generic ones though.

Mary,
That's awesome!!!! Thankyou for sharing your experience, strength and hope.Recovery is possible for EVERYONE. Some require the assistance of opiod replacement therapy and that's fine.Addiction is a biochemical disorder that may require this protocol to offset changes to the brain.
For those who discount folks and use fear tactics to dissuade others needing subs or methadone need to educate themselves. RECOVERY BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. Congrats and keep up the good work:)
