Orange Subutex 153 Half Moon (Page 4) (Top voted first)
UpdatedI use these and they work great. I was on the Roxanna Pharma ones that were circular in size and these orange ones work way better. Wish I had been on them from the start.
My pharmacy has carried them since the switched from the moon ones and I have had to wait for partial scripts or even whole scripts so they could order more so they aren't dicontinued. I have never got anything aside from the 54 411
As I previously stated, I was in the hospital (hospitalized for three days), due to a severely painful stomach condition. Yes, at the hospital they were giving my regular prescribed daily meds(8mg Subutex 3× a day, although I definitely do NOT take three a day, and my Klonopin 1mg 4× a day) as well as 2mg morpheine IV every 4 hours.... The Gastro surgeon did my procedure and found out I have gastritis, 3 ulcers, & inflammation of the pylorus. Although I am prescribed 8mg of Subs 3 times daily, I only take 4mg of my Subutex 2-3 times a day, so in total, that's about 1 &1/2 pills daily, to which I told the nurse to only give me halves. In closing, I was given the morpheine along with Zofran(for nausea) IV due to my severe amount of pain as well as the occasional vomiting associated with my stomach conditions. Who says if you're in legitimate pain you can't get narcotics along with SUBUTEX, not SUBOXONE?! Besides, if taking bupenorphine combined with a narcotic, you don't feel "high", but you do get the pain relief!! In my experience... Thank you :-)
I don't fill any affect on the Orange ones o fill no energy at all. The white round ones seem to be way better.
I think you may have misunderstood what Forealist is saying, I don't think they called a person retarded in any way or form. I'm pretty sure that they were calling out the way people claim one pill is stronger than the other, even though they are both the same medication. For example, the argument was that two different brands of 8mg's of Buprenorphine or Subutex are somehow different in the way they affect you when in fact, when it comes down to it on a scientific level, all 8mg Subutex is the same. The reason why certain brands might feel stronger or better is because it's all psychological. Look up the placebo effect if you don't believe me. I went through this same thing with generic 2mg Xanax and now generic 2mg Clonazepam. I was taking 2mg's of the Purepac brand of Clonazepam 3 or 4 times a day, and then one day I went to pick up my meds from the pharmacy and they gave me a brand called Accord that I have never heard of before and I swore that there was something wrong with these meds because I was taking them just like I was supposed to, but yet I was suffering from benzodiazepine withdrawals. I was absolutely furious and wanted answers immediately!!! I found out that Sam's Club had began to order this s***ty Accord brand straight from India. Lmao! Instead of ordering my usual Pure Pac which was always effective in helping panic attacks caused by Ptsd that I acquired from 3 very long combat deployments. So I was very angry but there was nothing I could do because I was told by a pharmacist that they were all the same chemical compound. And you know what? It's the truth. It's our brains telling us that they are stronger when they are the same chemical makeup.
This has been over 2 yrs now and a buddy of mine still gets the round white 54 411. So what your saying about them no longer being manufactured because they were being sold in excess is false.
This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Meds don't get discontinued bcuz they maxed out sales or sold too many. Whoever told you that is obviously not educated on this topic. Ask your pharmacist or call the Roxanne manufacturer before posting a bunch of bs on the internet.
Re: JknowsIt (# 123)
Yeah, same chemical buprenorphine is being used but they do not by any means have the EXACT SAME DESIGN in their chemical make-up. In fact, there are ingredients used in the orange brand that aren't even used in the white ones. The orange half moons are weaker to me. It is my opinion overall but my personal fact. It is not in my head. For one month I lived a completely different life because my pharmacy gave me these bs half moons when I normally had my Roxanne labs white ones. I sweat, I had restless legs, I had tears in my eyes every morning. I was in a state of partial withdrawal for an entire month because of this horrible s*** brand. The day I go get my white ones back I took my first normal s*** and was able to take a shower without freezing when I dry off. Those things are not in my head.
DIFFERENT BRANDS DO IN FACT WORK BETTER FOR SOME THAN OTHERS. IT IS NOT YOUR IMAGINATION. IT IS YOUR TRUTH. DO NOT EVER LET A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST OR ANYBODY TELL YOU OTHERWISE.
Re: liqpluspatchanactiq (# 20)
Do you read what you wrote before you post? You made absolutely no sense to me and I'm really trying to get people's opinions to help with my own decision of the newer orange subtex
Re: df (# 1)
I think the white ones are 10 times better than the orange ovals. These have hydrochloride in them I hear from a lot of other people that the subs that have hydrochloride in them they dont like.
Reply with how much you have been taking and for how long
Around 7 months..depending if i break off the right amount...2 to 3 mg daily.
Thank you much for the info! Damn, wish it could go faster though. I will give this a try...thanks again!
This starts tomorrow and yes, i will keep you posted.

That's cause buprenorphine is half agonist antagonist by itself without the naloxone I'm on subutex two years now got first script of the boards two 8mgs a day an to me only diffefence was they lsated the way I use longer
No there is not any naloxone in these. They are generic tex not subuxone. These ad straight up the best bupe out there. Have been on these for 3 months and the Roxanne before that these are above and beyond better.
Question...I finished my subutex..all was well then a few days later I started feeling yucky. Ok...So, i took 5 pain pills in 2 days..i so wont do again..ive come too far. A friend gave me a peice of suboxone...i took 4 pk's yesterday and half of one today... Can i take this suboxone and not worry about some kind of withdraws?
They have not discontinued the 54 411s, as I get them every 2 weeks and my pharmacy will continue to get this brand
Not true, sorry you can contact Roxanne and find out yourself. Their Patent is up, but that doesnt mean your pharmacy doesn't have a contract that will be fulfilled with that exact brand.
Crazed92 - I'm totally with you on this!! I just started taking the new orange subutex - when it started to dissolve I could taste it UGH and ended up spitting it out bc it was so God awful - it was so bad that I thought the pharmacist made a mistake and gave me the wrong medication! What is the deal with the disgusting taste!?! Ugh it's so yuck, it tastes like an asprin ! Can they not give a sublingual pill an acceptable flavor?
Same thing. It's buprenorphine. Suboxone just has the added opiate receptor blocker-Naloxone. So unless your friend had old or not fresh Bup, there should be no difference honestly. Besides the generic different pharmacy companies pills but all basically same thing.
When are they gona get rid of the white ones?
