Hi I get prescribed 60 8/2 mg suboxone sublingual strips a month. I just went to the dr for my script, now my insurance will pay for them today but every pharmacy I go to tells me too early. I'm leaving for fl in the morning. I need my meds today. every pharmacy is disrespectful. I'm about to tell my dr the dope boy never gave me an issue about coming too early. I'm about to buy 2 bundles that should last me 10 days. I wanna stay clean but it's so hard dealing with the dr, insurance, and pharmacy. it's freakin me out. what should I do? ## Hello, Derrick! I just transferred to the Louisville area from clearwater Florida. I have been taking buprenorphine for a couple years and it helps me to function in my job. I have disc degeneration in my back and this medication keeps me able to move in order to perform my job. I have been prescribed 30 8mg SL tablets per month from a renowned Heart Dr in Clearwater to keep me functioning. Who can I go to in the Louisville area that will help me with this?

How much Suboxone should I start taking I have been taking 10 to 15 Perc 30s a day for about 5 weeks know and have run out of them. I am horrified. My Detox just strated last night and I don't know what to do. I have 4 N8 Suboxone pills............ I'm on Zubsolv, 5.7 mg 2×day. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to taper off this drug? I've been on it for a year now and want to get off of it. My doc seems keeps telling me that " Well you know, your really suppose to be taking 3 ×s a day bc your parking spots aren't fully blocked." Actually, a round, white tablet with 607 on it is listed as being a 250mg Disulfiram pill, which is actually used to treat alcoholism by making someone extremely sensitive to alcohol. My doctor had me do a urine test. it came back positive for methadone. I am 55 and never took any methadone. I take lots of meds all prescribed by my doctor. I take xanax, neurotin, zanaflex, wellbutrole, liptor, plavex, peracet, nedulizer. Can any of them make u test positive ## I am also taking zanaflex and came back positive for methadone, which is impossible! And I finally told them to take blood. Any answers for this zanaflex people? ## It may have just been a false positive or faulty test. I take zanaflex daily and have so for a few years and never had a test come back positive for methadone. Wish I had a better answer, just my experience with zanaflex. So if anyone reading this could give me some insight I really need it! So it's like this, I've obviously had some addictions in the past (for about 3 to 4 years) and up until about 6 months ago I got on suboxone (though I've been on it periodically before) and have been pretty faithful to the program...for the most part. It's definitely been helping but a couple months ago i'd notice that sometimes if I took it later in the day when I go to bed i'd get a whole body numbing sensation really bad especially around my chest area and it would cause really bad anxiety. This would happen a couple times a month; even if I just drank too much it would start happening. I tried talking to my doctor and he doesn't think it's suboxone related but now the bad episodes ...

I started taking Suboxone two years ago and it has been a very positive experience, I'm off the hydrocodone, tapering off Suboxone successfully, and it also saved my marriage. My husband and I recently moved to a different state, so I had to leave my very wonderful Suboxone doctor (an addiction specialist for 30 years). The Suboxone doctor I found in our new state has both a PA (Physician's Assistant) and a Nurse Practitioner who see patients. When I made my first appointment, I was surprised that it was with the PA and not the doctor. I've been prescribed suboxone for a few years now. It has done wonders for my recovery. Recently, however, I have been getting pressure from the doctor. In two of my recent tests (not back-to-back), the suboxone metabolite norbuprenorphine was not present. I want to preface the rest of this by saying that yes, I take it exactly as prescribed. I am on the film, not the tablet. I am only on 4mg/day. I take 2mg in the morning and 2mg mid-afternoon. The UAs I take are generally around 4pm, and I normally take my afternoon dose at around 3pm. The last time this happened, the next test showed it in my system again. I am wondering how many days should I stop taking suboxone because I don't have enough to last till my appointment. I want to know if I stop for a few days, will I feel better when I take it? I can take at least 5 suboxone per day and still feel like I need more. I don't know why it is that way. I want to be able to take a lower dose, and I need answers. I need help with how to start taking them right - should I switch to Subutex? ## If you are in withdrawals (i.e. Watery eye(s) muscle aches, then later sweating and constant goose bumps till your skin is sore from it, and you can't tell if you're hot or cold because you're sweating and getting goose bumps aka HELL) then any amount of suboxone that stays in your mouth for at least 10 minutes will stop or at least ease...

I goto pain management and get prescribe 60 lortab 5's a month. So I run out in the half of the month do to my pain. But I end up buying subutex to were I won't get sick for the rest of the time being, until I go back to the doctor. But how long does subutex stay in your system? Thelast time iI did something was this morning and it was less then a quarter. But I usually do that amount twice a day. I've been on suboxone 7 years. Started at 24 mgs and recently tapered down to .25 mgs. I planned on skipping one day, then two, then three and so on. HOWEVER....I am on day four and what do you know? Hardly any symptoms. And no terrible symptoms at all. I've been restless a little, pupils a little big. WTH is going on? I stopped taking pain pills and started taking white round subutex pills. I was on them for like a year and a half then went cold turkey because of personal matters and family issues. I never felt so bad. Then after like a year I couldn't take being sober so I went to a treatment center 90 day program. I went there twice and both times didn't finish the program, and the second time they kicked me out because walmart didn't have suboxone for 4 days. Wow, crazy. I got screwed. Bye. So I went 3 days sick as a wet dog in december. Now I'm going to try to go to a sub clinic where you pay because when I'm completely sober now I feel so tired, weak, not motivated, low energy and no passion in anything. I take buprenorphine by prescription, I had a ua that was positive for cocaine, and I have not done any for 6 months. could Valium, cause a false positve for cocaine, or the combo of the two. I was on 85 mg of methadone daily for about two years. It wasn't helping my pain so I decided to quit with the methadone and started going to pain management. The last day I took methadone was May 6th, 24 days ago. Today when I went to see my pain Dr. My urine drug test was positive for methadone. The Dr said there is no way methadone can be in your system for 24 days. I haven't taken anything but the oxycodone this Dr prescribed to me. She said that's it's possible it's a false positive and that the lab results will be back in 8 days. I'm flipping out because not only am I going to be in pain, I'm going to be in withdrawal until the test comes back and hopefully it exonerates me. Has this happened to anyone else? ## Yes. Anyone having kidney pain with this medicine. I have been in pain since they switched me from sub to this Zubsolv. Blood in urine 1-2 day. Kidney pain going on 4 day. I need advice Anyone.... ## If you're having blood in your urine, you need to speak to your doctor, so they can check it out. It may not be related to the medication, but only your doctor will be able to let you know for sure. Are you prone to kidney infections? ## It turns out that I have kidney stones in my right kidney. The new medication also made me very constipated which caused an internal hemorrhoid. I had a major bleeding issue today from the internal hemorrhoid and had to go to the ER. Hi everyone! I'm on suboxone and I had a bad cold. So, I took NyQuil. It's the only stuff that helps me when I'm sick. Anyway, I go 2 c my suboxone Dr, yesterday, and, they tell me that I had alcohol in my urine test. I have a perfect record with my Dr, never had a dirty urine in 8 years. So, u can imagine how I felt. There is 10 percent of alcohol in NyQuil, but, I didn't think it would come up positive. I don't drink any alcohol. I explained it 2 my Dr and he was cool about it. I take way too damn much. I have came across this website a bunch. I take more than 32 mg a day and I always end up regretting it. I don't know what's wrong with me and I know its stupid. Every time I get my script I always end up doing the same damn thing. I don't know why and when I try to go down, I feel wrong, I know this may sound crazy to some, but I just want to figure out a way to make myself stop taking so much.
