I took half a subutex at 11am this morning and have to work a 10hr overnight shift. I need to know when I can take my lortab 10s before I feel relief? My neck has been broken twice in the past 4yrs. Once from a major car accident and the 2nd time from a domestic assault where my ex REbroke it. I don't have insurance so I have to buy my meds off the st. It is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a mild opioid that is used to treat pain. I currently take 12mg suboxone strips. Today I only took about 2mg of my suboxone strip and I took a little subutex and plan on taking the rest of an 8 mg subutex because I am out of my suboxone due to taking too much when I first got on it. Will the subutex show on my drug test tomorrow? Also, will my levels on my drug screening tomorrow be higher or lower? ## Subutex is Suboxone! Suboxone just has naloxone in it too. Hey everyone my name is Emily I am 22 years old, I take 1 8mg of suboxone a day. I'm fine during the day most of the time besides my severe anxiety. I feel a though my anxiety has taken over my life. But I take my 1 8mg pill if suboxone in the morning and at night time I always have anxiety. I have trouble breathing at the same time every night. My breathing feels very slow but I can feel my heart beating fast. I'm not sure if this is just from my anxiety or the suboxne. My wife has been on methadone for the last 6 years dosing 120mg per day. Something happened and she ran out of medicine and doesn't get any more until 4 days from now. She took her last dose of 80mg yesterday morning. 3 hours ago (36 hrs after the last dose of methadone) she was just beginning withdrawal and took about 3mg of a Suboxone strip thinking the sub would help get her through the next 4 days until she re-upped on her methadone. Unfortunately, she has gone into severe withdrawals. From what I've read so far, there isn't much we can do about it. Has anyone on here ever taken Suboxone right after coming off of pain pills or have you been told you have to be in withdrawals for 34 hours before taking Suboxone? A friend of mine was on 18 Loratab a day and went to a doctor, who put him on Suboxone and he immediately came back and took one and he did fine. Just wondering what anyone else has experienced. I do not see the answers to this question. You have to be in full blown withdrawals. I wanted something to get of 40 mg of oxycodone and then the doctor told me I could have withdrawals if I took too soon so your going to be in withdrawals anyway. Im scared. What kind of drug can you take so you don't get that opioid withdrawal syndrome. Drug tested thru court for heroine/opiates, have been clean for 45+ days with exception of prescribed meds from PCP which have been done with for a while. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! I have not used! Having to test positive for methadone or opiates after 3 days clean in order to get methadone at the clinic. Do I really have to relapse in order to get help? ## The clinic that I used to go to said you had to be clean for one day of not taking any opiates to get your first dose of methadone. If tested it will still be in your system for several days. My California clinic only gives me 2 wk take-homes even tho I was referred by my oncologist for pain, although US regs allow one month take homes. Don't know yet whether I will be able to get them or not. I am taking 80mg of Methadone daily for pain control. For the past two months it is not showing up in my urine or blood when it always had in the past. I have been on "Phase 13" (13 take homes) for the last couple of years. I took pain meds (had surgery couple of months ago). I lost phase 13 and was moved down to six take homes.
