Julia is correct, this tablet does not contain Methadone. It is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a mild opioid that is used to treat pain.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
