I normally take one suboxone 8-2mg pill under my tongue a day.. However I haven't take it I'm about a week and I have a quater of a pill left and have to take a Urine test on Monday. And I need for the suboxone to show up.., what's the earliest I can take it with it still showing up Monday afternoon., today is Thursday. ## Dear Needing2no, I would take it Sunday afternoon, 24 hours b 4 your appt. Good Luck! ## I'm just having a really hard time and wanting to use... So I don't know of I can wait until Sunday afternoon ## If you got a quarter of an 8mg left (2mg) try cutting it in quarters. Try taking .5mg a day. That may take the edge off a little and it may still show up in test.

hello all. thanks ahead of time for the.help. let me begin by saying that i am in recovery from opiate addiction. i realize that there is a bad stigma out there about these programs, but if you have the desire to get clean they really work. i have been on suboxone for a couple months and have been completely devout to the program, havent messed up once. my insurance ran out last.month, and the cost of my monthly perscription is now over $650 for two tabs a day. i have heard that subutex is significantly cheaper, and the current cost of my perscription is entirely undoable. can anyone tell me if i would save money by switching to generic subutex paying out of pocket? ## Hello, Based on my research, the difference in price between Suboxone and Subutex is pretty large. I am on probation & methadone, I tested positive at both places on Apr 23 & HAVE NOT used since Mar 15! It had 2 b the neurotin that was positive 4 opiates! I didnt know that I would test positive until it had happened! What a scary & depressing result! I have used herion 4 30+ years & I am actually clean 4 the first time! Now I know, the hard way!

Hi i took 40mg of methadone 3 days ago and it was the first time i have ever taken it. Since then i have drank alot of alcohol and was informed a had a drug screen for the military this morning. Before i took the screen i drank about a gallon of water and sat in a sauna for 45 min and sweat a ton. What do u think my chances of passing are since i did that and i have only took it once in myvlife??

I have a quick cup drug test today fri - last dose was wed, I take about 24 mgs subutek- drank a ton h20 and peed about 100 x. Does anyone know FOR SURE if il pass?????? Please wb ## No, you will 100% fail. Drinking water has 0 impact on helping u pass urinalysis for buprenorphine. 24mg is a veRy high dosage. i am on 75 mg. fentynal patches. due to having surgery. surgery went well. now ready to go back to sub. i really like them for getting off opiates, due to a vehicle accident i had 16 yrs. ago. i went through horrible withdrawls when they had me on 80mg. oxy's for yrs....my question is, how long do i have to be off my patch before i take my su? i do not want to go through those awful w/d again!...please someone tell me the truth about this. some say 24 hrs, but i will almost go through a w/d when i take a patch off?? ## Dear Breezy, all u have 2 do is wait until u start feeling withdrawals, then u can take the subs. Hell no its a waste. No matter what order u take the 2, you run the risk of getting more sick, wasting your pill or money, or worse, both! Haha never take the 2 in the same day. Ive been on subs 4 years (4years too long) but I would have to stop taking suboxone for 2 weeks of being sick before id feel the effects of oxy roxy or hydrocodone. Good luck to ya. I am dependent on norco 10/325 and was taking between 7-10 per day. I want to get off of them completely but the withdrawals are way too intense. I want to know a way to do so safely and comfortably. My situation is that on thursday mid day i had taken my last norco. By friday morning i had started feeling the withdrawal. I had gotten a 8mg suboxone and only took half and withdrawal went away really quickly all day friday. All day sat i was still fine on only the half then sat night i started feeling the withdrawal again so i took the other half. The rest of the day i was fine and all day sunday and all day monday. I've been trying to stop taking Percocet bc I was up to 10, 10/325's a day so I started taking one 10mg methadone a day for the last month and cut it down to 5mg for the last week. I have a urine test in 10 days. How can I flush the methadone out of my system in 10 days? Is there a juice or herb to cleanse it out? ## Usually out within 3-4 days. Four surely. I was wondering how long this will stay in my system for a drug test? ## The Buprenorphine in Suboxone isn't something that is included on standard drug tests, so you may not have any reason to worry. It requires a special test to be detected. However, if they are looking for it, then it can be detectable in urine for approximately 7 days, after last dosing. i go to my clinic bi weekly. when i went in they said my last drug screen came back negative for methadone. since i get 13 takehomes they take that seriously. i havent done anything different. i take my methadone the same time everyday. well around the same time. i never take more or less. i never sell my methadone wouldnt even think about it. has anyone else had this problem ? what could of happened ## i wish i had an answer, i am in my 8th mo of pregnancy and same as you i would NEVER dream of messing with my meds but i am being accused of using someone elses urine ,,,,please help if you have any answers

I live in MA. I have been going to a methadone clinic for just over 2yrs. I haven't had a "dirty" urine since July 2013. I also had a dirty urine in May 2013. This information comes into play; just bear with me. Last April I had my take home bottles suspended because I did not report that I was taking pravastatin which is a cholesterol pill. I am not kidding! I was so pissed. I was in the dark as to how long my bottles were going to be taken. In May I failed a urine it was after that I was told that my bottles were going to be returned in 3 mos. but because of my bad test they were tacking on 3 more mos. I carry my pill bottle in my purse and had a coke bottle in there also. Somehow the coke split and get into my bottle. Now I have 8 wet suboxone tablets. They were wet for about 1-2 hours gefore I noticed. They don't crumble when I break them. But the top part of all the tablets are clearly wet. Like the started to dissolve maybe. I signed a contract agreeing to no refills until my month is up. So will these tablets still be okay for me to take? I am looking for a private methodone dr I am so tired of having to start my day driving to an hour away one way to a clinic I am a single mom and trying to work as well it is super overwhelming I have tried suboxone and I am back on methodone don't know if there is a way to get it so I only drive once a week or month ## I am in new Hampshire ## I'm not 100% about NH restrictions however in NY methadone can only be prescribe and dispensed at a clinic.
