I'm lookin to be descrete as possible and I am still on my parents insurance.. If i use my insurance to pay for my prescription will my parents find out yes or no? Please let me know ## I am not an expert, but I think your parents might get a paper in the mail, confirming that their insurance was used. That's what happens in my case, everytime I use my insurance card for subs, they send me a paper showing what it was used for. I don't know if this will help. Good luck to you, God bless you. I wish you the best. ## I have blue cross/blue shield of Tenn. and I don,t get anything in the mail, at least not yet. Been on subs for 7 weeks. I might be able to find it if I went online ...

Can Xanax cause a false positive &/or methamphetamine? I read earlier that Oxycodone, opana and methadone can cause false positive or even dual readings (opiate and methadone because similarities. I need help. I am confused and scared.. Please read... Please reply...... My story: ( it asks you to be detailed as possible, so I apologize in advance: I went to my pains mgmt doctor. I tested positive for methadone. I have not taken methadone. I am not sure what happens next. This is what I do know. I take 30 mg Oxycodone. I went there the week before but elected to reschedule because I had not met this dr, huge turnover recently, and he (the dr) was yelling at the staff. He was not having a good day. I have seen 3 different dr's in 3 months. I hsve no relationships with these dr...
My doctor won't put me on anything like benzos because im on methadone. I'm now on sertraline 50mg and that's not helping either. This has been going on for 5 months now and i feel im not getting the help i should be because im on methadone. My life is a nightmare right now. Is there anything i can do? ## Have you tried seeing a different doctor, perhaps a mental health specialist? They are usually the most knowledgeable about what medications can and can't be safely combined to treat such conditions. And Benzodiazepines really don't help much with depression, they mainly act as downers, so they can actually make it worse. ## Could you ever come off the methadone? Maybe then you could get something that would help. I am not experienced in drug addiction or methadone ...
I have been off the opiates for just over a year and lately due to stress I find myself wanting to deal with my issues by self medicating and used subutex to get clean. Suboxen gives me headaches so I need a dr in the oak ridge area who will prescribe subutex before I go down that addiction path again. I have so much going in my favor and don't want to lose all that I've worked to achieve. Please tell me where and who can help. ## Hi im going for a vacation for 3 months to thailand, right now im on subutex treatment and need prescription on subutex to take with me, i contacted some docter in thailand and they only got methadone , so could you help me with prescription for 3 months, my doctor will not write any recept for some reason i dont know ! my vacation will be broken if no...
seeking a dr who will subscribe monthly methadone 10 milligram pills ## Hello, Walter! How are you? If you are taking it for addiction/maintenance, then a regular doctor will not be able to prescribe it for you. It would be against the law for them to do so. It can only be administered in a clinical setting by those that have been specially trained in its use for such. If you require it for pain management, then due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist, as a general practice doctor can no longer do pain management and prescribe such medications. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If i...
I used a half of a zubsolv 5.7-1.4 mg tablet today at 2am and the other half was taken 6 days ago. I dislocated my shoulder and I have 4 p15s left to use being as though I can't afford to go to a dr. How long do you think before the zubsolv wears off and I can use the p15? ## Hi Ryan, This is just my own opinion based on what I've been hearing on some of these other related threads. But depending on how long you've been on Zubsolv, it's generally best to wait at least a few days to a week or so between taking Zubsolv (buprenorphine + naloxone) and other opiates in order to receive their full effects. This is primarily because of buprenorphine's long half life of 24 to 42 hours; at which point half of whatever dose you took will be eliminated from your body, and half ...
I am addicted to opiates and have been for about 7-8 years. I have already started the process of Suboxone treatment at a Suboxone clinic. Where i am going you have to see the Doctor 1x per month, the therapist every 2 weeks, and group therapy 2x per week. I had an appointment the day before yesterday (Nov. 4, Tuesday) and I seen the therapist who explained everything to me and asked me everything about myself. Then she scheduled an appointment for me to see her again on Nov. 17. They also scheduled me an appointment for today (Nov. 6 Thursday) to see the Doctor. I was under the impression I would see him and after everything was done he would start me on Suboxone today. Well he didn't. I went in, mind you I was in moderate withdrawal, and he asked me practically the same questions ...
Updated in Suboxonedoes methadone come in capsule form, are they red and white with no numbers? ## No, there is no Methadone in capsule form listed in the U.S. prescription databases that I can find. Learn more Methadone details here. If there were, it would have to have some type of marking, according to U.S. law, to enable its identification. I'll double check my findings, but I find it very unlikely that this is any type of prescription product. What led you to believe it was Methadone? ## Does methadone come in a compound? And are they orange and green? Is there any difference between methadone and compound methadone?
my doctor is saying because of new law he cant precribe more than 50 mg a month of methadone because of new law??? ## Hello, Kelly! How are you? Yes, there are new regulations in place that restrict how much your doctor can prescribe, except in cases where someone has intractable pain due to a possibly terminal illness, such as stage 4 cancer. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Everyone has been having to deal with medication cuts and changes. Is there anything else I can help with?
I got a white pill it's suppose to b a suboxen 10mg it has on one side 155 and the other side it has a D is it a suboxen my brothers comming off methadone he hasn't had ne methadone in 2wks want to b sure this is a sub so he can feel better ## Yeah that's a generic brand suboxone. There is no 10mg suboxone though. It is 8mg suboxone and 2mg naloxone. The imprint on the front side isn't a D, it's a crescent moon, the logo of the manufacturer. I hope this helps!
i have been addicted to pain pills for 5 yrs now i went threw a suboxin program for 3 months & the dr started to take me down then i lost my insurance 8 months ago i started buying in on the street which it has really helped me & is cheaper than buying a oxy i just got my insurance back & am going to go threw the program heres the problem starting in oct medicaid is no longer gonna pay for it in w.va anyhow not sure about other states which yes it will still be cheaper than me buying off the street or buying a pill. I am very pissed by this how can they pay for a pain pill but not something that is really helping people come off them I am trying to bring awareness to this & if i can get enough letters wrote to congress the govenor or whoever else to show them what a miri...
Hello! Ok so, i was diagnosed with several mood disorders including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ocd, and borderline personality disorder. I have been on alot of different medicationsls and quit takong everuthing after i became pregnant. I decided after i started the methadone clinic and got into church that i was misdiagnosed due to drug use and whatnot, becuase my moods were stabilized, my anxiety and paraniodness got better. Now im detoxong out of the clinic, i have about 4 more months to go, and ive read several articles about methadone helping with bipolar. Now im scared that i really coild have this. I mean i do have mood swings and anxiety but its controllable, not lyk before. What do yu think? ## Hello Hope! How are you? I do understand your concern. When I was on pain...
Hello, I am currently taking saboxone tabs. My insurance has stopped and I'm afraid to go through w/d from the sudden stop. I obviously can't afford 500 a box, is there a way I can get free sample or trials of the tabs or film to taper my self down? ## Hello, Diamond! How are you? There is an assistance program for uninsured people to help them get Suboxone, your provider will need to call to get the application for you. The number is listed as 888-898-4818, each doctor is restricted to only having 3 patients on this program, at once. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
I want to move from Maine to NH. I am on SSDI, and have medicaid in Maine, but I don't know if it is given automatically to people on disability in NH. Naturally, I want to have a clinic in place, BEFORE I move. I know you are supposed to be living there before you can apply, but I don't want to move there, and then find out I can't get Medicaid there! Anyone have experience in this subject? Thanks soooo much! ## I have to be honest and admit that I am not familiar with how it works in NH, it's been many years since I've been there and, even then, it was only for a short visit. But the idea I had would be to contact your current Medicaid caseworker and discuss it with them. They should be able to help you find the information you need. If you don't have a regular...
I'm on 100 mg of methodone and im thinking of switching to subut ex ! What is the side affects I have heard so many diff. Stuff so could u plz help me ## Hello, Dawn! How are you? Subutex also contains a narcotic opiate, so it's side effects are similar to those of the Methadone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If your dosage is properly calculated, then you shouldn't experience any withdrawal effects or cravings, you doctor should know how much of the Subutex will be needed to prevent any issues. Is there anything else I can help with?
I'm on 100 mg of methodone and im thinking of switching to subut ex ! What is the side affects I have heard so many diff. Stuff so could u plz help me ## Hello, Dawn! How are you? Subutex carries the risk of causing the same side effects as Methadone and other opiate narcotics. The active ingredient in it is Buprenorphine, so it can also be habit forming and cause dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, depression and constipation. The difference is that is isn't known to cause the withdrawals that are as severe as those of Methadone, nor to cause cravings. So, unlike Methadone treatment, where people usually end up on a lifetime maintenance dose of it, those who take Subutex or Suboxone usually end up eventually becoming entirely drug free. Are there any other questions or concerns?
I am on a suboxone program and get tested (urine) twice a month the past few time the results have been positive for morphine and yet I swear I have never taken the drug in my life because the one time I tried it some 30 years ago it made me very sick so never touched it again. I take quite a few prescribed meds for diabetes high blood pressure high cholesterol rapid heart beat insulin etc. can this be the cause of my false positive? I also eat an everthing bagel everyday ## You're eating an everything bagel. They contain poppy seeds which come from the opium poppy plant. The seeds themselves are typically safe of any narcotics but during the harvesting process that can and do become contaminated with small amounts of opium. If you eat enough of them, although you won't feel any...

I have a broken leg with rods, cant walk without crutches. back injury prior to this, so tell me how is the holy hell am I suppose to drive to every pharmacy......CANT CALL THEM....park car, walk inside all the way to back of store for every pharmacy to say they are only allowed to order like 5 pills a month now. BULLS***. you cant tell me all these major chain in jax florida are all out of all pain medication!!??? I mean one year ago I would walk into any pharmacy and find methadone and now.........I have been to 16 pharms and have had my script for 10 days and not one single pharmacy has either narcotic but they all have the NON narcotic ones. Well screw u, you arent getting my business when your lying to me because there is no way th...
dr didn't call my medicine in for suboxone and ive got three days to go to see the dr. can I take a subutex and pass my drug screen. is there any difference in the two medicines? ## no there the same mate they just changed them as u wasn't ment to be able to inject them but there e the same don't worry ## 1.) When was the last time you actually took a suboxone? 2.) The only difference is a blocker called naloxone. Suboxone stays in your urine about 2-3 days. If you take just Subutex, it'll show positive for Bupe but not Naloxone. The question is.... do they screen for both? I think probably yes! You might be screwed! Part of recovery is sometimes Fuc*ing up. Be honest with ur dr. I've been 100% honest with mine and so far, so good. On the other hand, if you have one ...
