It has a T on one side and a line through the center on the other. We have no clue what it is and we can't seem to find it anywhere on the internet. Any clue?? Her ex-husband had a history with prescription drugs, so we are assuming it was something of his. ## Hello, Bambi! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description, however, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. With that rather obscure imprint, I am more inclined to think this is some type of over the counter product. Does anyone else recognize this? ## Sounds like the old form of Suboxone before they started making it as sublingual strips to be pla...
i am in severe pain and have been given methadone10mg from my pain dr. in mi.now i live in tn.and i cant get a dr. because i dont have ins.i have to travel back to mi. to get it!how else can i get it? ## They have clinics that you can go to but the downfall is you go everyday for so many months and then you build up to a week at a time. My husband goes and gets 6 bottles of 80mil liquid in Huntsville. Al. You have to have a clean urine test that only shows the methadone. If you've taken anything over the counter tell them. He used to drive about 100 miles round trip. It was pain management and also to get off of other meds that he was addicted to. It is 12 dollars a day not counting gas and food if he doesn't eat before he leaves. They are only open from 5to11a.m. on certain day...
I filed a complaint with NY Health Dept and was told a doctor can refuse to treat anyone at anytime as long as they give emergency care. That was a script for a mild narcotic for a month. If I took it as prescribed I would go into a massive withdrawal and would probably result in serious injury. Has this happened to anyone recently? ## Yes, it has happened to quite a few other people recently, because under the new laws, only pain specialists can prescribe such medications long-term for chronic pain treatment. And the health department was correct, no doctor is obligated to treat you, or to prescribe anything, unless your life is in immediate danger. Learn more Methadone details here. The one month prescription of a mild one was supposed to help you, so you'd have time to find a pai...
If I am taking 0.5mg twice a day for the past two years.. I relapsed last night and am due for a test today. Will I test positive for opiates? Or does the suboxone clear the results..? ## Yes, you will test positive for opiates. The naloxone in suboxone only blocks at the receptor. I don't know if the other drug you took could even help you the suboxone take so long to clear your system oh, it's in you for at least 5 to 6 days. Anyways, yes another opiate will show up. No locks and cannot erase that from your system or your urine.
I was going to the methadone clinic and 50 milligrams of methadone when I can't go anymore so what would be equivalent to 50 milligrams of methadonemy doctor prescribe me opana 20 milligram I was wondering which one is stronger ## @Nicole, RE: "what is stronger than methadone", According to an equianalagesic report by The Medical University of South Carolina (linked below), Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) would be the next step up from Methadone; and after Hydromorphone comes Fentanyl, which is ranked as number 1 on their potency chart. And please do feel free to correct me if you understand this type of chart differently. When I refer to ranking, I'm going by the order in which each drug is listed here: mcintranet.musc.edu/agingq3/calculationswesbite/convchart.pdf RE: "wha...
I go to a methadone clinic and my urinalysis tests are sent to a lab and I pay extra for a GCMS. My question is, how long will it take for my tests to come back clean if I've been taking 10mgs of aderrall once daily for the past month? As of today I haven't had any for 6 days. ## NEED ANSWER ASAP! I've taken 10 mgs of aderrall a day for about a month. How many days will it take for my urine to be completely clean??? I go to a methadone treatment facility where they give me urine screens randomly at any time. They send my tests off to a lab and do a GCMS on MY urine bc they want to ck my benzo levels. Idk if they are cking extra hard at everything or what. Any chance after 7full days the aderrall would all be out of my system for a urine screen? PLEASE NEED ANSWER ASAP! !!! #...
I took a urine test at my doctor's office last week & it showed up for subutex. I have never taken subutex although I do take 10mgs of oxycodone 4 times a day and also klonopin once in awhile, but it is prescribed. Now they are wanting to kick me out. Can anyone help me?

If u can, PLEASE reply with any ideas or suggestions that I may benefit from.... ANY advice from ur experience will beGREATLY APPRECIATED!! How long should I wait to go from opiates to Zubsolv? My doctor says wait till a decent withdraw idk what that means 24 hours? If anyone can shed light on this would help a bunch thank you! Also kinda scared because I took suboxone too quick one time and went into a forced withdraw... Please help thanks. ## Hello Caoz! How are you? You have to be in full withdrawal, otherwise the Naloxone in the Zubsolv could throw you into precipitated withdrawals, which may be dangerous. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I had opiates today at 1:30am ...
I have been on Subs for about 2 years now and really want off of them! However now i am reading that Sub Withdraws are worse than the Oxycodone i had been taking. which only makes sense because of the half life and what not of Suboxone. I do not really want to taper down because i am just Horrible at such a thing which is why i started taking Suboxone in the first place! My Dr should really have told me to only take it for the first 2-4 weeks. I am looking for something i can take for 2-3 maybe 4 weeks to help cut me off of Suboxone COLD TURKEY! besides Opioids obviously! Anyone out there have something in mind or have experience? ## Hi Chef, Sorry to hear about your situation. I agree that it's so wrong for these doctors to be taking advantage of patients by prescribing suboxone fo...
Hey! I'm taking 8mg dilaudid every 6 hours/4 times a day, equaling 28mg of dilaudid total daily. I have about 15ml of liquid methadone and i was wondering if i could take methadone before during or after my dilaudid dose and still receive therapeutic effects; Will mixing cause the dilaudid to not work? Could i go into withdrawal?; would the methadone compound the effects of the dilaudid? Thank you guys very much, i hope everyone is well (: ## Sally those two drugs would most likely add to each others' effects and could be potentially dangerous if you are already taking dilaudid regularly. Methadone is also an opioid medication (not a blocker) so it would not throw you into withdrawal like how suboxone would. Hope this helps and wish you the best.
I had an allergic reaction to a medicine that I was prescribed for migraines and on Easter of 2009 I literally died. I flat-lined 3 times and was in a coma for 18 days. Then out of the grace of god a doctor came into my room in the middle of the night and decided to try to Eckmo (sp:) machine on me. IT WORKED! Thank goodness I did wake up and although I had to learn to eat, walk, speak, etc. all over again. All of my organs are 100%. But I ended up with horrible drop foot on both feet and we don't know why, but also horrible bilateral neuropathy. I have been through so many surgeries just so that my feet would actually work so that I could walk again, however we can't seem to control the pain of the neuropathy, because we don't know how I got it. Anyway, I was on 50 mg of th...
Any One Know Any Suboxone Dr.s Close To Indy Taking MDwise- HIP? ## Hello, Crystal! How are you? You can use the search engine on the Suboxone website to look for doctors in your area that treat with it. You can find it at Suboxone.com click here. You can search by zip code and the doctor's contact information will be included, so you can check to see if they accept your insurance and are taking new patients. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Ive been addicted to heroin for 8 years and ive detoxed and relapsed numerous times. Last year the suboxone really helped but its not working for me now, its only making me feel worse. I just recently did a week locked up on rikers island and they had me on methadone and tapered me off it. I really do not want to go on the maintenance program for a couple reasons, one, they totally dose you up on it and I dont want to be hooked on that taking over 100mg a day and sleeping in my soup and two, its not close to me, i would have to drive 25 mins every morning to go up there. I know a couple people who get meth prescribed by a doctor which is what i would like to do so i could start at a reasonable dose lilke maybe 60mg and the just be tapered off it under the supervision of a doctor. Does a...
I have Medicare Medicare and I am looking for a doctor who prescribes methadone methadone for pain management do to my DR getting his licence suspended for some bs basically just need my doctor ## Hello there Don! It would be helpful to know what part of the country you're in. That said, it's hard to answer your question specifically. However, provide your state and city and someone may know a good pain manager in the area! Have a great weekend! ## What state r u in? I've been on opiates (mostly methadone) for 20 yrs! My dr. Lindenbaum just retired. most of his patients (as well as myself) r screwed. pain drs say I'm on too high of a dose. I'm on 120 mg. a day. methadone clinics people r on 200/300mgs. a day!! I have been trying to find a dr. I have real serious pain...
I am prescribed suboxone 8mg sublingual. I came home from work to find my wife had taken half a strip (4mg) after a stressful day. She does not use opioids and I am scared that she might not be used to it and I am not letting her out of my site. I am hiding the bottle from now on. She is coherent and has thrown up, but that happens every time she takes a norco, which she rarely does. Is 4mg safe for someone who doesn't use opioids? ## Hello, Mack! How is your wife doing? Has there been any change? It's actually hard to say because Suboxone contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone, so if she has taken any Norco in the past 3 days, it may have thrown her into precipitated withdrawals. Overall, the best thing to do would be to contact poison control or emergency services and get their a...
I have been on Subutex for a couple years. The doctor I have went nuts and told me he is closing shop and hates all his clients. Anyway he switched me to suboxone film for my last script. I have been on it for 4 days the 1st two days I didn't feel great but it was manageable and now yesterday and today I am so sick. I feel like a I am in full withdraw i tried taking more but it made it worst. I have no opiates in my system I have only taken subtext for years. There is nothing online showing why I would be sick with the switch. I tried calling the doctors office but I think he closed down. Or at least he is closed today. ## Kansas city no suboxen ?????? ## Hey Marissa, That doctor sounds like he just couldn't cope with the pressure of being in this profession. Sorry to hear that ...
I take subutex, approx 4-6mg daily. IVe seen a gummie form that is "supposedly" the same as an 8mg subutex. Has anyone heard of or seen these yet? And are they the same and or as or less potent. Oh, and is it just buphenorphine or does it have noloxene in it like suboxone does? Any info will help as i wont put anything in my body no matter how sick i may feel. Thanks. Bless~
Updated in SubutexGood morning, I'm new to this chat, I'm located in Suffolk Long Island and ISO of a pain management MD here.. I suffer from RSD and desperate to get off opiates. I've tried on my own and could not endure the pains of withdraws. I have insurance but the waiting lists for the two "county-clinics" are 6 MONTHS. I am at my wits end. Please if you can help I WOULD BE ETERNALLY grateful. TIA
Updated in MethadoneI'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BECAUSE MY DOSE DOESN'T HELP ME THE SAME AS BEFORE! SO DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE RIGHT WAY SO I WONT WASTE MY DOSE? ## I think it is dangerous and maybe you should talk to your dr. before doing it....and i dont know what you mean by "help" you the same way, but you do not get a rush from methadone...i have been on it for years for pain..maybe you just need your dose adjusted...i wouldnt reccommend injecting it because of the dangers of overdosing ## Hi Slim, There's actually some very important information I referenced in the paragraphs below, that should clarify a few things as far as injecting methadone goes and other safer alternatives: "Methadone is available in traditional pill, sublingual tablet, and two different formulations designed for...
