Can somebody please tell me if hair loss is a symptom of buprenorphine-naloxone 8-2mg? It's also known as Suboxone. I'm experiencing a lot of hair loss & dryness. I am on suboxene to get off medications for back injury. The doctor I'm going to charges $200.00 per visit plus the cost of the medications. Does anyone know if doctor's accept Medicare for the office visits? ## It actually depends on the laws of your state, some states have Medicare programs that cover it, some don't. Have you tried checking to see if the coverage is there? If they do, they may also direct you to doctor's that accept it. ## I've been trying to find out if doctors in Ohio, zip code 44471 take Medicare. I am going to get my cdl class a licenses... Will suboxone I took two weeks ago show up in my screening? They send it to a lab ## The information I have from someone who is prescribed them and from his doctor, is that it does not show up as an opiate on any test, period. Also, it has to be tested for specifically, so unless they by chance add suboxone to their panel test then it will not show up. The most reliable information I have is that it is a completely separate drug test than 5 or 10 panel, and it costs a lot of money. This might sound funny but I also hear from good sources that they only test you for suboxone to ensure it is in your body (in other words: you are receiving it from a treatment clinic and they need to ensure you're taking it). PLEASE, I NEED TO KNOW IF LIQUID METHADONE COMES IN PINK OR IS IT WATERED DOWN because i have always got cherry red and never saw pink methadone until i got to this clinic and i take 150 mil. and with in 15 hours i need another dose. I usually take methadone i get from the clinic but i wasted a bottle with dirty water out of the sink.. I was given a bottle of orange liquid from a family member who says it's methadone from hospice. Plz, does anyone know any drs that prescribe Methadone for pain in Tappahannock or Richmond Va. area? ## Had spinal stenosis surgery, triple lactomactomy and when I came out was way worse. My surgeon said to go to their pain management and get an idea of what they came up with on file for any doctor to see or said to call them and they would help come up with a plan. They had me on methadone and oxycodone. My surgery was in 2009. I tried not to get on methadone. I was nervous. How long does it take for 4mg of suboxone to be completely out of your system? ## Hi Steve, Based on my research, if you took just one, then it should be out of your system within about 48 to 72 hours. If you have been taking it regularly, it could take longer. My suggestion is to drink lots of fluids and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to help flush it out of your system faster. Why doesn't butrans show up in a urine test? ## You're using it and it didn't show up in your test? Are you using it as often and at the dosage prescribed? Additionally, have you had diarrhea recently? Have you increased your fluid intake? ## Butrans does not show in ua. Also urine needs to be warm. It is a different type of narcotic. Not consdered a true opiate. Your physician would order two uas for you. ## My urinalysis came back negative for butrans. Don't understand why. Hi everybody I have been an addict (opiates) for the past 13 years and it is tearing me and my family apart. I don't ever want to give up hope and say that ill be like this forever because I wont. I want to be clean so bad.. But theres just so much more to it (as a lot of you already know) but ill get on with it. I've been at a methadone clinic in the past but cannot attend it again due to going everyday and more importantly the liquid does not agree with my body very well. My doctor wants me to try a long acting pain med amd Sabaxone was the choice. I tried the patch and was allergic to the adhesive, so we went for the lowest, sublingual dose, for pain. I have stomach issues, so we are bypassing that. After taking my first dose, I passed out on the couch, literally and woke up and didn't know what happened or how long I had been out. I was super sweaty and very tired. The next morning, 12 hours later, I took my next dose, but cut it in 1/2. Same thing. I woke up in bed and didn't know how long I had been out. I was super sweaty and shaky. Confused. Yuck feeling. I haven't taken it since and called my pain doctor and told her. She hasn't gotten back to me. Would what happened be a. Allergic reaction? Hello, my husband is a chronic addict, When saying that I mean he will do anything and he will do any amount at anytime and he doesnt care. He has been doing very well though here lately hes held a job for a few years, staying out of jail and he started a treatment program about 40 miles from where we live and he was taking the drug Subutex there. The issue with that is he had to go there everyday to get the dose. If you think about it, how can anyone do that and hold a job or afford to live right doing that, so hes been on 24mg a day and now hes not going there and we need to find a reasonably priced doctor that he can see to get the prescription for this medication and get it monthly. I took a half a gram of Heroin on Friday but don't dose regularly. I weigh 157 and am a 5'7 female. If I have a UA on Monday will it show up? ## Yes, there is a chance that it will be detected. Yesterday morning i took an 8 mg strip amd went into imediate with draws worse then ive ever experienced before should i take more suboxen. I was on 130 mgs of Methadone for about a week but on metgadone for about three months i waited about 50 hours after my last dose of methadone but obviously i didnt wait lomg enough ## You have to be in full withdrawal from all other opiates, before you can take Suboxone, without causing precipitated withdrawals. The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. So yesterday was day 3 of taking 3 quarters from 8 mg. the doctor is weaning me and my fiancé from 8 mg to 3 quarters. The first couple days I didn't notice much of a difference. Yesterday I woke up after tossing and turning all night, I felt extremely depressed and to top it off I started my menstrual cycle and had very painful cramps. I usually am very busy and on the go. I cried I didn't feel like doing much and I wasn't hungry all day. I have some female problems plus bi polar ptsd and high anxiety disorder. I ended up taking the full 8 mg and my xanax and i slept finally a full nights sleep. Can you take extacy while on suboxone? ## Suboxone is supposed to be used, in most cases, to help you beat your addiction to other drugs. That said, no, combining the two would be very dangerous and is not advisable. Do you have any other questions? ## Why are you still taking it if you're on suboxone? The suboxone will not block the ecstasy, you will still roll... But what if it's heroin based? Or methamphetamine based? You are obviously not on suboxone for the right reasons... ## What do you mean roll? ## To "roll" is a slang for when you are under the influence of ecstasy ## Will it make you sick if it is heroin based ## Most likely since it is an opioid.
