From richard have you all noticed the price increase on the m box roxis? I got a script filled for120 and it cost 154.00. Because insurance did not cover them anymore due to price increase. I recently had my second back surgery, a double fusion. I was on fentanyl for months and did fine but the patches never stook so I asked to switch. Doc put me on Opana ER twice/day then doubled to 40 mg twice with Perocet 10 every 6-8 hrs for breakthrough pain. He then lowered the Oxy to just three times a day. Haven't seen but realized they rescheduled my appt and I'd be out on Friday (tomorrow) and I don't see until Mon. I asked if I could get enough to hold me over and thru said after like four calls and no reply to just stretch it. I'm freaking out bc I have 6 Oxy left, I took more than three a day (told them wasn't working) and have cut the two 40s I had (I took a couple extra at the start of the month before I filled my Oxy) into pieces. i have been on 10mg Opana Er twice a day for about 2 months. then my dr upped it to 2 10mg opana twice a day. i did fine on both. now i take 1 20mg Opana er and im itching! is there a chemical difference between 2 10mg and 1 20mg? has anyone else had this happen? please help!! ## Hello, LoralP! You said your doctor upped it to 2 10mg twice a day, which would be 40mgs and, if that is the case, and you were then taken down to just 20mg once a day, the itching could be due to some withdrawals. ## No, I've never had any, but I've read a lot of people have experienced it for Months.!

with hydromophone, morphine oxzepan as positive, how can this be. I sniffed 1/2 of an Opana 30mg on Friday August 6th. I have a drug test today, Monday the 9th. I'm freaking out. I took one of those take at home drug tests and it says I'm positive of OXY. Is that possible?? Just got this months opana after having hard time finding it. No shortage just reformed crush proof! 30mg are now round. Mixed up? No recall? Didn't make sense. ## That is correct, there was no actual shortage, per se, it was really just a production delay due to the reformulation of the medication to try and prevent abuse. Are there any questions or comments? ## lol IT STILL CREATES A SHORTAGE. CALL IT REFORMULATION, ITS A SHORTAGE THERE IS NO MEDICATION. ## Read the entire Wiki article and it did not mention reformulation, perhaps I got the wrong url? Thank you for your help!

Is 1 to 2 tabs daily too much? Feel I need it twice daily ## Which one are you referring to? The Opana? If so, this is a very potent narcotic pain medication, containing Oxymorphone and it can be dangerous to exceed the recommended dosage prescribed by your doctor, you run the risk of overdose and causing permanent organ damage. If it is not controlling your pain, you should speak to your doctor about a dosage adjustment or possibly using a different medication. I have been taking Opana for over 4 years now and it has been a God send. It is by far the best pain medication that I have ever taken, and I have been prescribed many over the years. I went to the pharmacy this month and when I opened my bottle I noticed that the pills are round now instead of an octaganal shape. The bottle says that they are a new shape but the medicine is the same. Well... I have to disagree with Endo on this one. I was experiencing withdrawal symptons for the first four days of taking the new shaped pill and my pain level was much higher than with the old ones. When taking the old ones my pain level was at a one or two most of the time with a few parts of the day a four or five. I am taking a standard 10 panel urine test tomorrow and have been taking hydrocodone for stitches for the past 4-5 days which I was prescribed. I did take an opana 30 last night and my question is will they both show up as opiates or are they seperate? On a standard 10 panel at a clinic, is oxy seperated from opiates or are they both opiates? I take Opana 30 ER and oxycodone 30 mg every 6 hrs for chronic pain for a back surgery that resulted in a fractured disc among other issues and now requires a very dangerous surgery to correct it. I have been taking narcotic drugs for several years including oxycontin and fentanyl patch. I think I may have taken my proper dosage of Opana but double my dose of oxycodone because I couldn't remember if I had already taken it. I'm keeping an eye on it and I seen to be fine. There is no instant release Opana, so I assume you're actually talking about the regular release and no, it is only available in 5mgs or 10mgs. What else do you take? Have you consulted your doctor? For your own verification, the manufacturer of this tablet is Endo Pharma, and it has a National Drug Code of 63481-0436. Who knows where or who she may have gotten it from, but finding this sort of narcotic in your daughter's pocket can be a pretty troubling experience in my opinion. It is getting terrible about having your Opana and break thru meds filled. My pharmacy can't fill my because they can't order any more at this time because of the new rules. Last month I had to call and go to many places trying to get them filled but they didn't have any and the ones who could order it said it would take 5-7 days to receive them. I finally found one to fill them but FDA, DEA etc. are getting stupid about this. I was in a bad motorcycle accident and I can't help that I have the pain I have. Since our site is based in the U.S. we have to follow the relevant drug laws and therefore are not allowed to assist someone with abusing any medication, or with finding a way to get a high/euphoric feeling from it.
