Higher Ir On Opana Than 10mg?

Is there a 15 mg or a 20 mg ir opana
that I can take for stronger break through?

There is no instant release Opana, so I assume you're actually talking about the regular release and no, it is only available in 5mgs or 10mgs.

What else do you take?

Have you consulted your doctor? You might need a medication adjustment.
