I have been taking 4 to 5 pills a day of 15mg opana and when i cant find them its been 4 to 5 30mg of roxicet for the past year. a friend gave me 3 8mg pills of suboxen to help me thru the withdrawl and hopefully wing me off these opiates for ever!! I have ZERO experience using subs I just know that I cant handle another withdrawl like my last. CAN ANYONE WITH EXPERIENCE give me some guidance on how to use these subs? ## hello?? help please!! ## You just described my addiction to a T! Listen DO NOT take any of that suboxone until you have gone AT LEAST 24 HOURS WITHOUT ANY OPIATES. Unless you really want to be sick. Do you have pills or strips? And what mg? I've been on subs for over three months ...maybe you should check into a sub program. If you need help yaking the first step, I...

I've been going through pain management for quite a while and I was on percocets morphine pills methadone treatment and recently dilaudid now I have been prescribed 5mg oxymorphone HCl tablets, Is this stronger than the dilaudid, hydromorphone 4 milligram tablet that I was prescribed before ## Very slightly, but not much stronger. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. How are they working for you? That is actually the more important question. Are they alleviating your pain?

May of the year, I started the Opana ER 20mg and for me this has been wonderful. I was only able to afford oxycodone prior to the start of insurance in May. Been fighting a crazy battle with the oxycodone pain relief, cause the pharmacy keeps pushing KVK Tech product that doesn't work for me and has side effects. With Opana ER 20mg as my primary pain relief and Oxycodone 10mg for breakthrough pain, I am finally adjusting where I can function, which It has been a long time. Several years ago when I first started with oxycodone 30mg, life was good because I could function and then my local pharmacies started slipping the KVK products in on me and life became awful. Have heard that some people find the Opana makes them very sleepy. Lucky but so far I haven't had a problem. ## Hi Su...

hello...I would like to know your results with either opana or morphine..i started going to pain management AGAIN after several years and was given oxycontin, 15mg x 2 per day. this does absolutely nothing for pain..i go back in a week and was wondering if opana or morphine might be better?? just wondering...thanks to all for reading, HOUSE ## Hello, House! How are you? They are all effective analgesics, but it really depends on you and how your body responds to them. What pain medications were effective for you in the past? That might give a better idea of where to go next. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

So I insufflated a small line of opana on Saturday and I have a drug test on Monday at 9am. I have taken azos for the last two days, drank about a gallon and a half of water and I have a total stealth high body mass detox kit. Will I pass and what else can I do?

my DR prescribed me Opana ER 40 mg said they were suppose to be stronger then the oxy 80 which I sniffed 4 times a day I couldn't tell him that has anybody tried opana 40mgs this way ## Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, it is a very strong narcotic pain medication. Yes, it is an equal dose. However, it is seriously dangerous to snort these tablets, they are not intended for such use and some of the fillers, especially since these are time released, can cause blockages in your lungs, leading to pulmonary embolism, blood clots or stroke. Are there any other questions? ## oxymorphone hcl is the same thing as dilaudid time released or not it is hands down a better drug than oxycodone 80's, I have snorted them and shot them way better ## haha.umm yeah. so can breathin...

will i imediately fill the effect of Opana 10 mil .like i did while taking Oxycodone. cause it seems i dont fill it as fast as Oxys THANKS GUYS ## There is really no way a doctor (or anyone else) can know ahead of time how any medication can affect anyone. They can only assume that it will be effective based on medical records, current health, age, what the condition is, whether or not any other medications are being taken at the same time, etc. Any of these factors as well as others can affect how you respond to this drug. Unfortunately, the only way to find out is to actually try it. Do you think it is just as effective as Oxycodone even though you don't necessarily feel it as fast? It may be a slow release version, or it could be that the inactive ingredients in this Opana pill a...

Is a generic available for the medication as of July 2014? ## Yes, there are several generics available in the time released formulation of Oxymorphone, now. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I suffer from terrible nerve pain as a result of an accident that left me a paraplegic. I've tried everything. Morphine, Fentanyl, a slew of non narcotics that I take along side of the narcotics. One being Hydrocodo. Nothing has really helped. The pain is often HORRIBLE and I'm becoming desperate. My Dr. just prescribed me Opana and I'm waiting for the drug to show up at my pharmacy. Has anybody close to my situation had any good results with Opana? I'd love to hear some good news from somebody. Also, for what it's worth I still have my hardware in my back and I smoke. Although I'm working on quitting and I don't think it should be much longer now. Please help,.........anybody. ## Opana's are great! What millagram were you prescribed? ## Thats encouraging...

Is it any easier to detox (get off of and stop using, permanently) from Opana ER than it might be from Methadone? ## Hello, Glenn! How are you? Yes, most other opiates are easier to get off of than Methadone. It is actually notoriously hard to ever get off, because it causes long-term severe withdrawals and cravings, that's why other solutions have been sought to replace it. Most people treated with Methadone for addiction never truly get to be drug free, they usually end up on a lifetime maintenance dose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Another alternative for addiction treatment would be Suboxone, which is newer and enables most people to become ...

I need to know what this pill is. I was told it was either an opana 10mg or opana 20mg. Help me. ## It is an opana 15 mil ## Thank u Jenn. I appreciate it very much. ## I actually tried to look this up hoping to find an image, but couldn't locate anything matching that particular description on the web. The half moon logo is generally indicative of Actavis Pharmaceuticals. However, when you go to their product page there's no mention of a pill with that imprint whatsoever (although some do come close, such as Lovastatin 10mg -which has a half moon logo and 633). I don't question your validity Jenn, but if you could post back with more information about the manufacturer or any other specific details, I'd really appreciate it. Does anyone also know what color this pill is ...

They are both narcotics, but I can't really compare for you, without knowing more information. Can you please post back with more details? Thanks! This medication has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

This orange pill is for fluids and stool softener. It's not an crushable Opana 40mg that looks some what alike. My wife is at home hospice and the crushable Opana 40mg is nothing to play with!! First of all, Opana should never be crushed. Second, it's an ER and is Oxymorphone. Twice the strength of Oxycontin 80 milligram. Don't play with these medications!!

I can no longer get my generic 30 mg opana and am looking for a new doctor, im in upstate ny. please reply if you have any info that could help. Thanks so much. ## Why is your current doctor no longer prescribing it? Have you considering seeing a pain management specialist? Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area? Over the past few weeks I have been taking one Opana 15 mg pill per day. I would insufflate half and eat the other half. These aren't prescribed to me and I'm wising up and stopping. Over the past 3 days I have only been eating a half of the pill. Once I stop all together how bad will my withdrawals be? I'm 6 foot 4 205 lbs. Not terribly active. Could anyone give me an idea of what to expect and how to best prepare? Thanks in advance ## Withdrawing from Opana---I've been researching. My husband has to quit soon and opiate withdrawal is the hardest. I found two places that sell natural/herbal formulas based on amino acids that help the brain and the body during withdrawal. You'll have to research this yourself. I've place my order. one website is: withdrawal-ease ...
