Round, white,G 44 on the front, pie shaped back ## Hi sam, Is there any chance that you may have misread the marking on the pill? Reason I'm asking is that I located a pill that fits your description exactly, EXCEPT that the imprint says "E 44" as opposed to "G 44". Funny thing is, that the "E" actually does look like a "G", but after further investigation, all pill descriptions depict it as an "E". I think the middle line of the "E" is what throws people off from making this determination, because it's italic (slanted) and not fully connected. In any case this pill is identified as Tizanidine hydrochloride 4 mg; which is used as a muscle relaxant. Learn More: Tizanidine Details I hope this helps!
can the above subject tablet be cut in half ## Usually if there is a score line (divid) embedded into the tablet, it means the manufacturer purposely made it so patients could easily cut it in half. Whether or not there is a score line, I would still feel safe cutting the pill in half if the drug itself is not in extended-release form. It is my own understanding that some extended-release pills loose their time sustaining properties if cut in half, depending on whether or not it is a capsule or a tablet; but please correct me if I'm wrong on that. Also, if you consistently feel the need to use half a dose it may be wise to talk to your doctor sooner than later about getting a lower dose of the medication. NOTE: cutting a pill in half only works if the pill is in tablet form. This ju...
If a person is prescribed and taking Naproxin, Cyclobenzaprine, and Hydrocodone/APAP, could this cause a positive urinalysis for Oxmor 179? ## I'm assuming that's referring to Oxymorphone, the active ingredient in Opana, it is another very potent narcotic opiate and, if that is the case, then it is likely a false positive caused by the Hydrocodone/APAP that you are taking. If the testing establishment is using one of the less expensive, non-certified tests, then such false positives have been known to happen anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. Learn more Opana details here. Are there going to do an actual lab test to double check? ## Thanks for the Reply. I don't know if there will be a lab re-test. Unfortunately, I think that the positive will result in this person being te...

Is Rumoquin N.F. now sold as a white tablet and no longer purple? ## To be honest, since it isn't available in the U.S., I don't know for sure. Most of the posts I've read on here are about purple pills, did you receive white ones, instead? Rumoquin NF contains Phenylbutazone, Methocarbamol and Dexamethasone, which is why it isn't approved in the U.S. ## Images I've come across depict this pill as only being purple, but the color and/or shape of a pill is dependent on the manufacturer, which there may be more than one of. I did however locate a blog that has a photo of the pill along with the packaging. It was posted only a couple days ago and the pill is shown to be purple: Reumofan Plus Blog - Real Reumofan Plus Questions and Reumofan Plus Answers Based on that inf...

I would like to know what the expected shelf life is for a Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg tablet that's a tan pill with M on one side? I was prescribed this medication for muscle spasms. ## According to Rising Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of Cyclobenzaprine, the expected shelf-life of the drug is 24 months (2 years). Reference: However, my understanding is if they are no longer in the original factory sealed container and have been dispensed into a pharmacy bottle, which exposes them to heat, light and moisture, then the expiration is one year from the date they were dispensed. After that time period, they begin to lose effectiveness. NOTE: For maximizing the shelf-life, the product description depicted on Rising Pharmaceuticals website as well as on DailyMed suggest that the recommended...
