Pms Cyclobenzaprine

have two pills one that has 3 sides with oval top with imprint pms and 111 other side. second pill has 5 sides looks like a house ,imprint cz 10 and letter G on other side, are they muscle relaxant's and do they keep you awake as a side effect ? tks
