It shouldn't be given to anyone with severe renal insufficiency, however, when someone just has a mild impairment, they can use it, but should be closely monitored by their doctors. The lowered kidney function usually causes increased plasma concentrations of most medications, so their bodies absorb more than the usual amounts and it takes longer for them to process it out. I know these are new soma generic called rising pharmaceuticals but are they as effective as say wallace? I got sun pharm. Generic last 2 times, from local walgreens all these, and they are trash, please don't ever accept these sun brand, they have only 3 nos.
