Beserol was prescribed for me recently due to my spinal condition which showed via (x-rays) that the last four vertebrates were almost lying on each other. No separation between. Plenty pain. The Beserol prescribed: Reformulated methocarbamol 500mg, acetaminophen 350mg (white, oval-shaped tablets, 10 to a card). I am also placed on ibuprofen...Mydocalm, Omeprazole. The question: Is is OK to take Beserol in the breach, when the pain is on? ## The first problem I see here is that you really shouldn't be taking the Acetaminophen in the Beserol, with the Ibuprofen. They are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, so there is really no need for 2 of them. Out of my 45 year employment history, I have never had to take a drug screening before, so I know nothing about them. In the plain ol' urine drug screening, what are they looking for: pot, meth, crack, or are they testing more broadly for Soma, Oxycontin or Halcyon?
