I live in Ohio and I am I on social security disability because I hurt my back at work. I was getting 180 30"s from my local doctor and he died. I got these pills from my doctor when I was having back pain (from playing too much golf too quickly when I hadn't played in 5 years). I don't remember why I stopped taking them....
