i'm fighting M.S. i deal with alot of pain on a daily basis, I just tool myself off the fentenyl patch after 5 yrs, I have a baclofen pump implanted in my stomache starting wednesday there going to start injecting dilauded into the pump. will this only help the pain in my legs or will it also help the pain in the spine and neck ## what are the affect of 4mg dilaudid on someone who has personality disorder ## My girlfriend has personality disorder and is using vicodan. she than did a dilauded on a different day and and it seemed to have a real speedy nasty attititude on her. How much is too much? I've been realizing I'm taking higher and higher doses. I need help. How much is considered an overdose? ## I know what you mean, but the term overdose itself is explanatory. Anytime you take more of the prescribed dose is an overdose and you risk adverse reactions. It's a gamble each time. I know it's easier said than done, but if you need an adjustment, it's best to talk to your physician. I know that sounds very stuck up and not understanding but I do. I speak from experience that running out early is far worse than needing that adjustment to a higher dose. I am a case manager and I have a young quadraplegic with a g-tube that needs Baclofen suspension. does anyone know where I might be able to get this for him? ## Actually, your pharmacy or the small pharmacies that do compounds should be able to mix it up. Do you have any hospitals in your area that has outpatient pharmacies? This is your best bet. If your pharmacist is leary to do it have him go to www.sickkids.ca/pharmacy as this website gives him step by step instructions on how to mix the compounds. ## That is correct, if a regular pharmacy doesn't carry it in a suspension form, any compounding pharmacy should be able to fill the prescription for you. I've been trying to figure out what type of pill these are. I was told they are Soma from Mexico but can't find anything to back it up. The main issue is that Soma has an effect on serotonin levels in the brain, so it may be dangerous to combine it with other medications that also have an effect on it, such as Tramadol, because it creates the risk of Serotonin Syndrome, which could be fatal. Hi. I'm looking for a pain management doctor in New Orleans/Westbank/etc area. I'm 27 and some places I called only accepts 35+. My Doc of 6yrs has cancer, so he transferred his patients. I recently found a Doc, but he doesn't prescribe soma, and reduced my pain meds. I rather just find a Doc in my area, than drive to BR each month for less meds. HAB pharmaceutical licence #48/ua 2006 ## Looks like a cheap generic of Soma (Carisoprodol), possibly produced semi-legally in response to rising demand on account of an increasing number from international orders to Indian pharmacies. Doesn't seem to be effective much. ## Pain-O-Soma is a very minimal substitute for Watson brand Soma at best. Even though it is plainly marked Carisprodol 350mg tablets they are placeboes in comparison. My advice is find a nice family dr that will prescribe it from a US pharmacy.
