I have ins. but it's still an expensive co-pay. ## Um I get 90 pills for about $1.92, Soma is very inexpensive, on the Walmart $4.00 list ## I have a pinched nerve in my left shoulder and it goes across and down my back causing my muscle to stand up on my shoulder and it's painful and burns. Soma 350mg helps but my doctor said they couldn't write them anymore. I have tried different muscle relaxers and none work but soma (carisoprodol). Does anyone have feedback on the efficacy of methocarbamol?
I'm having basically a terrible frozen right shoulder from severe muscle spasms. I was offered a 6 milligram pill called Tizanidine. I see my chronic pain doctor on Monday and wanted to know if they do a urinalysis if this is going to show up and if so how long it takes to leave your system? Any information on this would be very helpful. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. ## Yes that is a mucsle relaxer right? i have allways been told that they do not show up in your standard urine test. ## How long does it take to get tizanidine out of your system for a blood test? I need to know as I have been taking it for 6 months; two 4mg doses every day. ## Since this is a muscle relaxant, as DebbiJ has stated, it is not something included on standard drug tests, because it i...
I have been on Flexeril 10 mg, 3x a day. Even taking all 3 at once does not help at all. Dr switched me to methocarbamol 750 mg. Is this going to work better than the Flexeril? Any help is much appreciated. ## It is stronger, so it may work better for you, but the only way to find out is by trying it to see. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?
My doc prescribed 15mg Amrix for a "severely herniated disc. This is the only new thing I'm taking. Today was 3rd day & my stomach hurts extremely badly. I took a Prilosec, Zantac 150mg & TUMS, to no avail. Stomach pain is listed in the Package Insert. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks! ## Sorry to hear about your situation. I also looked up the side effects of Amrix (Cyclobenzaprine) and found the following symptoms listed on NIH.gov, categorized as rare side effects: Bloated feeling or gas Indigestion / constipation Nausea or vomiting Stomach cramps or pain I would encourage you to contact your doctor if the symptoms become too bothersome or severe. He/she may be able to recommend some other alternative to this medication. I hope you get around to feeling better...
I have a small white oval pill with R178 printed on one side and the other side has a line on it to split. Is it a percocet 10/325? ## Hello, Parker! How are you? Is the marking possible R 179? If so, it is manufactured by Par Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Can you please double check and post back? Thanks!
I just took 15 pills of Cyclobenzaprine of 10mg for pain. It's a yellow pill with the letter V on one side and 2632 on the other side. And im also taking bupropion 2x a day. Is this dangerous (?) cause I'm getting scared now. ## Hello, Rose! How are you? Did you suffer any adverse effects? Why did you take so many? This is a muscle relaxant, not an actual analgesic, but taking that many could still be dangerous, because it can cause depression of the central nervous system. And I'd like to add a note for anyone else that reads this in the future, if you have reason to suspect that your life or the life of someone else may be in danger, please call poison control or be send at your nearest emergency treatment facility. While there are those of us online that are always happy ...

I think I may have strained something. Have numbness and pain in hip joint. Have on hand Flexeril, Voltaren, Voltaren gel, Robaxin Prednisone and Lorcet. Have used heating pad and tens unit with gel. No relief. Trying not to have to go to doctor. Will any of these meds be effective alone or in combination? Never had the numbness before---skin hurts to touch. ## Seeing a doctor would be your best option, to be honest. Given the numbness, there is a risk of your having some nerve damage starting, according to NIH reports, and delaying proper treatment might only make it worse. Do you take any medications regularly? Why do you have a TENS unit?
I have been taking Flexeril for about 10 years and my doctor gave me Baclofen. Which is better? ## There isn't really any muscle relaxant that is better than another, it depends on which one works best for you, Have you tried taking the Baclofen, yet? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. ## What exactly does Baclofen do? Does Baclofen help to decrease the number of muscle spasms you experience? And does it also decrease the intensity of muscle spasms?

I'm looking for the name of a white football shaped pill with cursive v on one side & scored with numbers on each side of the score. It was a muscle relaxer that started with the letter B. ## Are you thinking of Baclofen 10 mg from Qualitest? It is a white football shaped pill with a cursive V on one side and 22 | 65 on the other. Actually, what gave it away for me from your description is that you said it is a muscle relaxer starting with the letter B. The NDC code is 0603-2406.
I take a 8 panel drug test and I was wondering if I took a soma will it show up? I have a rx for it but it is a year old and I never took them. I really need to know because if they show up i am in big trouble thank you ## Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, it is a muscle relaxant and not something that is tested for on the standard drug tests, it would require special testing that is specifically looking for it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I need to know how long soma stays in your system for. ## I need to know if soma shows up in hair folicle test
I found an oval white pill with V on one side and 2265 on the other. Can someone please tell me what this is and what it is for? ## I found this pill to be Baclofen 10mgs. It is a muscle relaxer and is not a controlled substance. It is obtained by prescription only. Hope this helps. It may be a little sedating as a lot of muscle relaxers are. ## Yes, I can verify that the pill in description is Baclofen (10 mg). ## Hi. I found a white pill with the imprint V 2265. Is this a Vicodin?
The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I located a round white pill with U 169 on one side and an x (or cross-scored) on the back. This pill is reportedly identified as a 4mg Tizanidine HCL tablet, used as a muscle relaxant. For verification, the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 29300-0169 and is manufactured by Unichem Pharma. I hope this helps!
Can anyone help me with the name of a doctor that is not afraid to prescribe soma? I understand my prescription can not cross state line. I have been told by walgreens it has to be a local dr. ## I did not know it has to be a local Doctor as Federal Law should apply. Seems that the State is meddling in places it has no right to be, and we the patients suffer. I know in California and Arizona Walgreens wouldn't tell you this, even though the Doc might? ## Hello, Susan! How are you? To explain this issue, Soma has become more strictly controlled, since it is very commonly abused, which means that the pharmacy stock limits now apply to it, just as they do for narcotics and benzodiazepines. Every pharmacy can only stock a certain amount each month, once they are out, they are out until ...
Please let me know as i dont want anything to happen to her. Thanks. ## Most likely ur friend will be ok, Soma is and can b rxed w/ suboxone. As for the snorting part, tell her to knock that off as she is wasting her soma. To get the most out of ur soma it can be easily swallowed for around 85-90% BAv. snorting is not always best as it messes up the cilia in ur nose and also shes not getting but maybe 60% if shes lucky so if she has the 350 shes only getting a max of 200mg per pill when she could pop a few and get more out of her medication- Just letting U kno! But don't worry as Im rxed and on 3 350mg somas, and 16mg's subox right now and feel fine. also, if she stoped the subox, the soma would work better alone as it metabolizes into an old school pain med from the 50s and 60s...
If you are allergic to codeine, can you take this? ## Hello, Monkey! How are you? No, that is the active ingredient, Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant, so it is not a narcotic like Codeine, nor is it related to it. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Taking half of 750 mg of this drug going to last long. My first time. I don't want side effects. Will this help it?
Identify a round white pill with imprint 832 8020 ## small white pill with # 832 over a slit over # 8020 ## After some searching around I think that you may have accidentally misread the imprint. There is a round white pill which matches your description except for a couple of letters. It has 832 with a score line over BC20, so I am thinking that the BC part of the print was mixed up for 80. On a white pill such as this it can easily happen. Anyways, what I am describing is Baclofen 20 mg (a muscle relaxer) manufactured by Upsher-smith Labs. The NDC code is 0832-1025 and you can verify with a picture. Hope this helps! ## Just wondering n very concerned about the round white pill I looked up n it's # 832 / BC 20 just woman know more what taking 2 of them could do 2 u?
Will Tizanidine show up on an employment drug test? I've been taking it for 2 weeks now. My drug test is coming up January 17, 2016. I took it twice a day or sometimes one at bed time. ## This is a muscle relaxant, so it is not something that is included on standard drug screens. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?
