Will the 60 mg extended release morphine get u high like the euphoric feeling of oxycodone? ## Every medication can affect everyone differently, so there is no definitive way to answer this question. Since it is a time release formulation and doesn't hit the body, all at once, most people don't get a high feeling from it, though a few do. In the past, when on pain management, I used both Morphine and Oxycodone and never got the high or euphoria from either one. Morphine is, however, a narcotic, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments?
30 mg morphine with ambien what are the dangers ? ## The main concern using these two together is that they can both cause central nervous system depression. This means they lower your heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory rate. They can be used, together, but you do have to know to watch for this. Morphine is a narcotic and its side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Ambien contains the active ingredient Zolpidem and it used to treat short-term insomnia. Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, hallucinations and short-term memory loss. Are there any other comments or questions?
I take this tab for pain management, I was sick with flu and only took one tablet at 6pm the night before my pain management doctors appt at 10am the next day. They are saying that my urine test did NOT show morphine in my system and are planning to drop me for violation of policy. Because this med is time released could that be the reason the med did not show up in urinalysis? thank you ## Did you tell them that you had been sick and not taking the medication as prescribed? It is generally always wise to be honest with your doctors and while they do have their policies, many of them do understand if you were ill and had trouble holding stuff down or couldn't take your medications. Now, in reality, they could have detected some in your urine, even if it is time released, but it woul...
My best friend is in stage 4 liver cancer. The doctor has her on 125 ml of morphine. She has a patch containing morphine and pills with morphine. She doesn't say much about her pain. Does anyone know if this dose of morphine is strong?I know she is never without pain. ## Well, you didn't state the dosages of everything she is using, however, as long as she is being medically monitored on a regular basis, by her doctor, then there should not be a problem. There have been some in-depth studies done about the use of narcotics for people will severe illnesses and whether or not high doses of them had a detrimental effect and/or hastened death and they found no connection. As long as the person's dosage has been gradually increased, as needed, over time, then the body quickly adj...

what is the diffrence between delotta and moraphine. This question is because my dad has been given moraphine for pain and the reaction was delerious. When given delotta he seems okay ## The difference is the actual narcotic ingredient, Morphine is just that, but Dilaudid contains a different narcotic, which is Hydromorphone, so they are related, but not the same. It is normal for some people to react badly to one, but not another, it just really depends on your body chemistry and metabolism. Some people can use any of them without a problem and some react badly to all of them. These are narcotics, so they can cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
