does it interact with depakote or klonopin? ## Hello, Alexandra! How are you? Kavinace is an over the counter supplement, so it has not been tested for possible interactions with prescription medications. Have you checked with your doctor or pharmacist?

Studying this subject. It is a poorly understood disease. The only real specialist in the USA is Dr. Robert Schwartzman. He is in Philadelphia and Dean of Neurology at Drexel University. ## I have no doubt that you are correct and I'm also sure that just like with Fibromyalgia, there are still doctors that do not believe it exists and that this results in some patients being misdiagnosed and their disease being poorly managed. Here's the link to a pretty comprehensive article on it, as well as source references with more information: Are there any other comments or questions? ## I was diagnosed with that complex regional pain syndrom after my accident. The ironic thing is I had heard someone talking about on TV a few years prior to my accident and I was like, just another way to...

I recently failed a drug test (random) for meth but I don't do meth. My last test was ok but my migraine meds showed up and I had to prove that I had the prescription, no problem. this latest test showed positive for meth but not for the BUTALBIT/ACETAM/CAF which I had been taking more frequently prior to this latest ua. starting to wonder if someone screwed up at the lab, is DNA testing on the sample a possibility? I have been labeled the meth head who wont own up to his addiction because I am calling BS. I know im clean and am desperate to prove it! I would really appreciate any advice and I am wondering if this has happened to any other innocent people?

I am 22 years old male. I have been suffering from headaches for like 6 months. Doctor said it's a migraine and I am now taking tryptomer 10mg for about 2 months. Still, I have that irritating pain in my head, lacking focus while reading, unable to workout like I did before, though the severe pain is reduced. Should I continue with tryptomer? How long does it take to completely recover from this situation? ## Hello, Rishin! How are you doing? Sorry about the headaches! What type of doctor did you see for this? It really sounds like some blood work and possibly a brain scan should be done to see if the exact cause of the headaches can be found. That is what would enable you to find a solution, if any is available. ## Thanks for your reply. The doctor is not specialized in head relate...

Is the "v" placed a certain way on the tablet. If you turn it over should the v be sideways or straight? And what direction from the 2355 should it be? ## Hello, Sadie! How are you? No, there is no special way that it has to be. It may vary from one manufacturing facility to another, or from one batch to another. In theory, the V should be upright, but there is nothing requiring them to be that precise about it, so if anomalies occur, they can still ship those tablets. Hi- what is the reason we can no longer buy/get Fiorinal ? I don't understand and the "6 PM news" has never reported a word about this! ## Hello, Jr! How are you? The news wouldn't report it, unless it was a recall or something due to reasons that could be very dangerous. They typically don't report on drug shortages, or when something has just been removed from the market. And I've done quite a bit of searching, but I'm sorry, I've been unable to find any information on why it is no longer available. From what I can find, Fioricet is still available, which replaces the Aspirin with Acetaminophen. Learn more Fioricet details here. So you may want to ask your doctor about prescribing it, instead. Does anyone else know more on this?

Is it safe to take phentermine for weight loss while taking fioricet for migranes?k ## HELLO??? IS ANYONE OUT THERE??? ## It's actually not advisable, because they some of the ingredients can basically counteract each other. For instance, the Butalbital in the Fioricet increase sedation, while the Phentermine is a stimulant, plus you'd also be adding in the Caffeine that's in the Fioricet and this type of combination just isn't good for your body and should only be used if your doctor has specifically told you that it's safe for you to take them together. is this medication available in Latin America? if so in what countries and under what name. thanks ## Fiorinal with Codeine contains the following active ingredients: Butalbital + Aspirin + Caffeine + Codeine Phosphate These types of medications are usually available in other countries like Mexico; although they are often given different brand names that can be rather difficult to find for those who don't understand Spanish. It seems to me like an easier option would be to just get it in the US with a doctor's prescription, then take it with you if you happen to be traveling abroad. The prescription should speak for itself if you are concerned about customs. There are many medications that could cause harm to your baby, while it is forming inside you, so it's just not worth the risk. I suffer with TMJ disorder. I am taking acetyl l-carnitine, probiotics, and nerve shield. None of this seems to be helping me. I don't know what else to do. Please help me!!! ## Hi Tee, I'm so sorry to hear that these supplements haven't been working for you. Did a doctor recommend that you take these supplements? Based on my research, the best supplements for TMJ are ones that will reduce inflammation of the jaw as well as relax the muscles. All of the supplements you've mentioned seem great, but I don't quite understand how they can be effective for TMJ. Have you tried any other treatments like acupuncture or essential oils? The essential oils lavender and chamomile may help you to relax and release the tension in your jaw. Also, copaiba oil has immense anti- infla...

My grandson has been taking divalproex 500 MG ER for bipolar disorder. We moved recently so I had to change drugstores. When his Rx (for Depakote 500 mg ER) was filled yesterday they gave us divalproex SOD ER 500 MG. The tablets are different. The original tablet was white oval shaped with A511 on it. The new tablets are grey with W725 imprinted on them. Are these the same thing or should I contact the doctor before he takes the pills from the new pharmacy? ## HI, Beverly! Sorry about the confusion. They are the same medication, in the same dosage, just manufactured by different companies. What does each fioricet pill currently look like, mine is very different the refill. ## Hi, Lady! How are you? Are there any markings on them? What is the shape and color? Since Fioricet is available as a name brand and a generic, it is manufactured by several different companies and they can all look different and are required to have different markings. Thus, it's difficult to scroll through pages of pill images and try to tell you what they all look like. However, if you can post back with the requested details, I can search via the imprint and description to see if it is a Fioricet tablet. Learn more Fioricet details here.

I have been on depakote for about a month now. I feel worse now than I did when I wasn't taking it. I am so spaced out it's not even safe for me to drive. Is this what I have to look forward to while on this med? ## Hi, Deb! Sorry about the problem that you're having. Depakote can cause those types of side effects, but they should start to ease off soon. It generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks for your body to get used to a medication and the side effects to start tapering off. Learn more Depakote details here. If they don't, or if they get worse, you should consult your doctor as it may not be the right medication for you, or the dose may be too high. Is your doctor monitoring you regularly?

I was taking Epidrin for my migraines and it helped. It was taken off the market along with Midrin. Is there anywhere I can get it? Does anyone know of a pharmacy that makes the compound? I only have a few left and I'm feeling desperate. ## There are some compounding pharmacies that have been making it, if your doctor orders it. Can you post back with, at least, your general location? Our site is open to users all over the world, so just as an example, I know of several compounding pharmacies here in the Seattle metro area, but that's really not going to help you if you're in Georgia. ## I live in New Jersey.
