I was wondering if any of my medications can give a false positive for methamphetamines. I take TRAZADONE, AMBIEN, ESIDIRIX, PHENERGRAN, COLONAZAPAM,NAPROSTYN, GABAPANTIN, ALENDRONATE ## I tested psitive for methamphetamine and pcp in urine test. I just celebrated a year sobriety . I take soboxon and trazadone and for bipolar I take lamotrigine and venlafaxine generic for Effexer. Please help because of this false positive result my insurance will not cover my soboxon anymore and it cost $300 for 30 days ## To be best of my knowledge's psychiatrist (MD) and pharmacologist (PHD, Pharmacology), none of the above should cause a fake + for meth...however, these are diverse drugs and I'd need a computerized data base to postulate if the combo can cause a false + for meth. My daughter is involved in a horrible, long (over a year) custody case. Her ex-boyfriend has been screaming "She's using methamphetamine" and keeps getting DHS involved. They put her on random UAs, 2 weeks ago. She took one the day of court. Came back completely clean. They did one last Thursday, it came back POSITIVE (readings were Amphetamine 942 ng/mL and Methamphetamine 7838 ng/mL). She hasn't used (We took her for a hair follicle test today, but it takes 7-10 days to get back. Meanwhile, she has court again tomorrow. The lab never even asked her what medications that she takes. I weigh about 160 and tried meth today being told it was like energy pills but better.. I don't like it. I just got a call saying I have a job ua In 2 days!! I only consumed a small amount, maybe .3gram Can I get clean in 2 days? Somehow? I take adderall er 20mg 2 tabs each morning. Also: Combivent, advair diskus, dulera, clonidine, quetapine, lisinopril, metoprolol, montelukast, sumstriptan, Sudafed and flunisolide. Can these interact and show up positive for Methamphetamine on a mouth swab drug test?

Found a cardboard package under 13-year-old's bed with three different colored series of pills packaged in it that you push through. The only thing written on them is the dosage (10 mg/20 mg/40 mg). The first ones are marked on the package as day 1 - 7 pink small oval pills, then days 8 - 14 oval just a little larger salmon colored pills, then days 15 - 30 are larger oval light green pills. ## Hello, Phil! I'm on DOC and I have to see them at 1 p.m. on Thursday. Today is Monday it's 9:28 p.m. and I just took methamphetamine and I took a dose this morning also I have taken about $30 worth of heroin today. Yesterday, the day before, and the previous Thursday I also took some. So I'm nervous because I know I should be responsible and not be doing anything but I just started a new job today and I start another job this week so I have 2 jobs on the line. Are there any dangerous drug interactions if the two are taken together? ## Mixing is not a very a good idea... But from experience Koloipin Is the best thing have when coming down.. Right before you finally go to sleep after your 57 hour weekend. It helps curve the "hang over" As I'm no doctor I have clue if this could cause any serious issues in the future... MY DOCTOR ORDER FOR ME PAN-D. IHAVE HIGH PROTEIN IN URINE, KIDNEYS PROBLEM, I FEEL PAIN IN MY STOMACH, DRY MOUTH AND TASTE CHANGED. SO PLEASE IS PAN-D GOOD FOR THIS CASE. ## My U/A came back showing i had methamphetamine in my system. I'm not a drug user. But i do have a kidney disease. I took at drug test at TASC on the 18th of August and then i took a second hair follicle test at PSI on the 8th of September to prove that my prescriptions made my first test inaccurate. The results will shock you. My second test stated 1,741 my first test done at TASC run by CPS stated 91,746. OMG is right. Case manager asked me "why are you doing a second hair follicle test if the numbers are going to be the same?" I told her they were to prove that my prescriptions had a negative impact on my first test. Spoke with a lab technician, he said there is no way my number could go from the 90,000 to almost 2000 in only 20 days. I recently failed my urine drug screen for methamphetamine but passed for amphetamines. My Dr said this is not possible if u fail for methamphetamine, u should fail for both.. I don't use but I am around some ppl who smoke it.. How can I fail my drug test for methamphetamine and not amphetamines if I do not take it?

does anyone know what color abbott laboratories desoxyn SRs came in? i have a green pill with the company logo which i think may be that. it is mint green the lower case abbott a is imprinted on the front, and it is scored on the back with no identifying numbers. also it is a very old vintage pill, making it even harder to be certain...help me out, whoever can figure it out gets a fruit basket lol ## The ones I got for a few months in my teens were off white and I think had MI written on it but that was in 1997. I was on the 15 mg ones 2 of them twice a day.

The last time I took Amphetamine was 70 days ago and now I need to do this test! I took just 1/2 of a pill. Do you think I'm gonna pass or fail the test? ## A Hair 5 Drug Panel Test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample of hair, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. If you only took a half pill once it will not show up on a Hair Drug Test.

Please help me to understand this. My 11 month old grandson was tested by dhs at omega labs. His results were: THC. 39, METHAMPHETAMINE 53455, AMPHETAMINE 1772. The worker says he had to ingest these drugs numerous times to get those results. I want another test with witnesses that don't work for dhs but I also want to understand the results.

One of the big advantages of hair drug testing is that it is good at differentiating substances. You could talk to an MRO (Medical Review Officer) to see what might be interfering with the test.
