Is 7838 Ng Ml A High Methamphetamine Result

My daughter is involved in a horrible, long (over a year) custody case. Her ex-boyfriend has been screaming "She's using methamphetamine" and keeps getting DHS involved. They put her on random UAs, 2 weeks ago. She took one the day of court. Came back completely clean. They did one last Thursday, it came back POSITIVE (readings were Amphetamine 942 ng/mL and Methamphetamine 7838 ng/mL). She hasn't used (We took her for a hair follicle test today, but it takes 7-10 days to get back. Meanwhile, she has court again tomorrow.

The lab never even asked her what medications that she takes. So, the Benzodiazepines came back positive (well, it was negative on the first one and she took her medication that day, we are SURE of that, cause that was the day of court!)

I talked to a person with a lab, this morning. She said those counts were "extremely high", she would have had to use within an hour or two of having the tests done."

Problem with that is, she knew at 12:03 PM that day, that they wanted a random UA, she went in right before work at 4:30 and then straight to work. She admitted to using methamphetamine ONE TIME in 2012. Did a hair follicle test back then, showed nothing. She's taken multiple UA's in the past year, to prove she is not doing methamphetamine. This is the FIRST and ONLY test that has ever come back positive.

We are at a loss. My Grandchildren are at stake here, literally. Now DHS is involved again and my Grand kids are being abused by their father and his girlfriend. Yet, DHS thinks he's the "father of the year". How do we prove (besides waiting for this hair follicle results) that this is a FALSE POSITIVE?
